If you would like to book ALL 3 CABINS in TimberTown, you can will need to book the other 2 TimberTown cabins separately. Otherwise, please reach out to us directly and we can help you do it!
The TimberTown cabins are gorgeous, secluded 3-cabin campsite set in the woods of 120-acre June Farms. Each cabin has 1 king size luxe bed, wood burning pellet stove, it’s own BBQ grill, and a large communal fire pit for you to enjoy!
TimberTown was built by Tanner Cornacchini, a builder formerly featured on HGTV's "Tiny Homes"! They are a spectacular work of art in the woods.
Timbertown cabins all have electricity, air conditioning and heat, but no running water. The main June Farms bathrooms are located directly by the main parking lot, a short 5 minute walk from the cabin. We strongly encourage you to rent a golf cart during your stay to zip around the farm more easily!
There IS an outhouse in TimberTown for you to use in case of an emergency :)
TimberTown is a GLAMPING experience, meant for people with an adventurous sense of spirit. Because it requires you to walk into the woods to the cabins, and because there is no running water, and because there is no WiFi directly in the cabins, we have priced these cabins very affordably. If you are interested in a more luxe, proper lodging experience, please reserve one of our other 8 gorgeous cabins.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not want to walk into the woods with your luggage, or might arrive at the farm after dark, you are STRONGLY encouraged to rent a golf cart. In the past, golf carts were included in the price, but we have since reduced the price to make the cabins more affordable, and give guests the option to rent the golf carts.
Our interaction with all of our farm guests are very limited. We try to make our check in details as specific as possible so that you don't need our assistance and can check in on your own. June Farms is a working farm and does not have a "front desk", so if you have any questions regarding your check in procedure, please reach out to us before arriving.
While you are visiting the farm, there are farm hands who can answer your questions regarding our working farm.
When you stay at June Farms, the farm is always open for you to walk around and visit with our happy farm animals.
Glamp at June Farms, but explore Albany, Saratoga and Troy during your stay.
FUN FACT! TimberTown rentals now come with your own golf cart for you to enjoy! Please keep in mind that the golf carts are typically a seasonal mode of transportation, so if you are booking during a time where there is snow, you will not be able to use the golf cart and you will be required to walk down to timber town.
Also, as guests of TimberTown, you will be able to walk/golfcart around the farm, meet all of our animals, and you will not need a reservation at The Pony Barn when it is open!
Because of the popularity of JUNE FARMS, we can NOT guarantee that the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant will be open/available during your stay. Private parties and events often get booked last minute. We promise you that the farm itself, and the animals and serenity, are the true appeal of the property. You will not be disappointed even if the Pony Barn is not open.
The serenity of the woods will give you peace and quiet, but the nearby Pony Barn is only a short walk away for a fun night out. Check with us, first, though if you are expecting the Pony Barn to be open because the seasonal bar and restaurant may be closed during your stay.
Getting to June Farms has never been easier, now that Uber is here. If you are coming from NYC or anywhere along the Amtrak Line, get off at Albany Train Station (ALB) and then Take an Uber or Lyft. There is also a few bus lines that also make stops in Albany.
Dogs ARE allowed in the TimberTown cabins. You must choose the PET FEE AT BOOKING. You will not be allowed to check in with your dog under any circumstances if you do not let us know ahead of time. If you are having difficulty finding the Pet Fee, please let us know. Not every guest likes dogs and we have to anticipate your pet's arrival and coordinate other guests' reservations.
Alternatively, our 4 Wellness Huts also allow dogs if you find that TimberTown is already reserved.
TimberTown is OFF GRID. This means that there is no running water.
Also, WiFi can be very spotty in TimberTown. Most guests use their hotspot while in the cabins but go to the Pony Barn to do work that requires high speed internet. If we are on site, we are happy to open the Pony Barn for you during the day to do work inside the Pony Barn.
Please note: due to high demand there are no refunds on cancellations if you book directly with us.
