With a sleeping capacity for three guests, featuring a queen bed and a supplementary twin rollaway cot, you'll find yourself mere minutes from the area's renowned wineries, gourmet dining, and iconic landmarks. Spanning 1,000 sq. ft., this newly-constructed apartment showcases majestic cathedral ceilings, top-tier finishes, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows not only bathe the space in natural light but also present you with uninterrupted panoramic vistas of Cayuga Lake. Here, you'll have the privilege of witnessing spectacular sunsets, the grace of bald eagles in flight, and the whimsy of drifting hot air balloons right from your comfortable abode.

Note: The driveway is quite steep and there are 20 interior stairs to access the apartment.
