NEW: The Entertainment Level
We just opened the entire lower level to guests — three dedicated spaces designed for unforgettable group stays:
🎬 Private Movie Theater — A true dedicated cinema with tiered stadium seating, 8 recliners, a marble-topped bar counter with stool seating in back, surround sound, and a large projection screen (1080p projector). Movie night for the whole group — no tickets required.
🕹️ The Ultimate Game Room — An arcade-lover's dream: classic stand-up arcade cabinets (Ms. Pac-Man multi-game, Centipede, Mortal Kombat, and more), dual-hoop pop-a-shot basketball, an LED ball-roller alley, foosball, a wall-mounted gaming TV, and an oversized lounge sofa under neon lights. Genuinely fun for all ages — kids and adults fight over this room.
💪 Home Gym & Infrared Sauna — Keep your routine on vacation: spin bike, treadmill, adjustable weight bench, full dumbbell rack, exercise mats, and a large TV for streaming workouts. Then recover in the private infrared sauna — a 2-3 person Canadian Hemlock cedar cabin with far-infrared heat, 660nm/850nm red light therapy, chromotherapy lighting, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. The perfect reset after a workout, a day hiking White Clay Creek, or a long week. Fresh towels provided.

The Neighborhood:
Pike Creek, Delaware: Suburban Charm Meets Natural Beauty
Nestled in the rolling hills of northern New Castle County, just west of Wilmington, Pike Creek is a highly sought-after suburban community known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush greenery, and high quality of life. Often described as having a "suburban rural mix feel," it offers residents well-established neighborhoods with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments, many surrounded by mature trees and woodlands. It's frequently ranked as one of the best places to live in Delaware, noted for safety, highly-rated public schools (primarily Red Clay Consolidated and Christina School Districts), and a family-friendly environment.
A major draw to Pike Creek is its exceptional access to nature. The community borders the expansive White Clay Creek State Park, part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. This park provides residents and visitors with over 3,600 acres of protected land, featuring miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, along with excellent fishing opportunities (the creek is heavily stocked, especially with trout). Nearby Carousel Park & Equestrian Center and Middle Run Natural Area offer additional green space and recreational activities. Many local trails connect neighborhoods directly to park entrances and even towards Newark.
