Beach Pool Golf Pickleball Tennis Remote-Work & 4.5 Star Restaurants @ The Condo

We love family time and family near the beach away from the normal routines of life are special. An annual beach trip with family/friends has been a long standing tradition since we were kids and it appears that we have passed on to our kids. Lasting memories have been made at the beach. The annual traditions of beach fun have been highly anticipated for decades. The beach is where our family gathers and takes extra time to talk, relax, read, pray, and enjoy each other's company. We tell the same stories each year with fading memories and more creative imagination. We look forward to friendly competitive sports on the beach including, volleyball, paddleball, tennis, basketball, and now pickleball. We can spend hours jumping waves, body surfing, and riding waves on the boogie board. We hope our guests create their own lasting memories enjoying family, friends, fellowship, and food, as we have for so many years.

The Riverwood campus contains all the must-have amenities including lots of free unassigned parking, handicap parking, furnished outdoor patio steps away from the front door, a large and small pond with lots of water fowls, turtles, and fish (catch and release fishing allowed). The outdoor amenities include a gated pool with lots of shaded seating and lounges, bathroom and changing room near the pool, (2) tennis courts, (1) pickleball court, and 1/4 basketball court. There are several bike rakes (2) building west, north, and south of our building. The condo is umbelivabley close to everything! Immediately outside of campus, within walking distance is a bank, Chik-fil-a, a gas station, and other retail shopping. With a short 2 minute drive you can be at 1) the Wachesaw Ball Park where you can kick a soccer ball, there is a baseball field, and full basketball court, 2) the Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital, and 3) Wachesaw East Golf Club. Many 4+ star restaurants are a 5 min drive east to the marsh walk, Huntington Beach and Brookgreen Gardens is a 10 min drive south, and Garden City Beach is a 10 min. drive north, and Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 20 min. north, and Myrtle Beach is 22 min. north of the condo.

Newly renovated ground level condo with great water views from every window. The marble kitchen counters and many new appliances makes cooking and dining as pleasant as it can be. The large refrigerator and pantry allows you to store lots of food and prepare home cooked meals away from home. The large charcoal grills is close to for those who love gilled food every day. Dine at the large table that seat 8 or spread out in the abundant seating in the open family and Carolina rooms, or eat at the outdoor patio steps away from the condo door. The table top in front of the couch lifts up and towards the couch so you can eat and look at 60" Roku/Chromecast TV directly. Inside there are family friendly board games to have good old fashion fun without the TV. Each bed has a brand new mattress and its own smart Roku smart TVs, so you can get a good nap, a good nights sleep, or chill watching Spectrum TV or your personal streaming accounts.
