The pictures are accurate for the inside of the property. The location is Better than you think. You're looking at 30a and walk across the street to get to the beach. There are serval good places to eat and drink downstairs in Gulf Place. Judith is a great hostess

Great location! Cute & clean!

We were happy to be there after the holiday crowds had left. Overall, loved the convenience of the beach access, restaurants & stores, but agree with Melissa R's review regarding the lack of a useable closet & no freezer. Not deal breakers but maybe add some wall hooks in the bedroom & specify no freezer available. Condo was really cute & very clean!

Clean, Comfortable, & Convenient Location

Loved the convenient location across from the public beach access and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We used three of the pools which were all nice. Happy to have the option of the heated pool and hot tub. Very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Beach chairs to use was appreciated.

Great location!

It is the perfect location! Beach access is literally steps away, restaurants, farmers market, night life, great for morning/evening walks! The condo is great for 2 ppl but would be very tight for any more. No closet space for hanging clothes and the listing says ice maker-which there is but it’s a countertop one and doesn’t produce much ice and no place to store any or anything frozen. But overall it’s the best location and a cute condo! We had a great weekend!

Beautiful condo in great location

Location was excellent and the views were beautiful. We loved the unit and the communication with the host was wonderful. She responded very quickly and was very informative. Only thing we would have wanted was a bigger refrigerator but overall it was a wonderful visit.

Great location and clean rooms

Very good location, easy access to the beach. The room even has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet so you're ready for the beach the moment you arrive. Great restaurant across the street and bike rental downstairs. Property manager was very responsive and replies to my message in minutes. Partial ocean view from both balconies.

Yacht Rock Revue Getaway

Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. Property host was so quick to respond to any questions we had …..which is always appreciated.

Long Weekend Trip

The description of the property was accurate. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants made the stay super easy. Parking was never an issue, either. We enjoyed being able to listen to the live music from our rooms. There is a bit of street noise because it is on a busy corner but it wasn’t much and didn’t last for long. We will go back.

Thrilled to get this jewel of a stay after we had to reroute our beach stay. Recently updated and we will definitely be back The kitchen was small but packed with the best essential.comfy bed and nice sheets Wi-Fi was iffy but made the best of it. Maybe could use a booster We will tell our friends about this one

Great property!

Our favorite beach in our favorite neighborhood. The condo was so tasteful - just lovely. Clean, comfortable and had all amenities needed. The only thing I would add is a note during the reservation process that details when you will get follow up notification regarding check in upon arrival. I felt it was a little late. Other than that, all else was fabulous!!

I was very disappointed that we didn’t receive any prior notice that there would be no elevator to use. I have bad knees and would have made other arrangements if we had more notice. I feel we should have received a discounted rate for the inconvenience. Otherwise our stay was lovely.
