Curated with a collection of high end furnishings, fixtures and accessories, this home brings the `WOW` factor. Complete with plush linens and beddings, you`ll find yourself wrapped in spa-like comfort throughout your stay.

Sun filled windows, and thoughtful guest touches throughout, you`ll feel right at home here. Plan to make memories and meals in our well-appointed kitchen featuring updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and island seating. Past the living spaces you`ll have your pick of 2 en suite bedrooms, all complete with comforts and amenities of home!

Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a mid-sized group or family looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. This modern home can sleep up to 4 guests and the bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with en suite full bath and TV
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with en suite full bath

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

All guests will have access to the building amenities, as well as their 24/7 concierge team. Some of their many amenities include:

***PLEASE NOTE*** You will have access to ONE SMALL parking space in the garage. Your vehicle MUST fit within the lines on either side of the space, and cannot hang out past the end of those painted lines either. If your vehicle violates these rules, the building management WILL TOW YOU! They are very strict about this! Compact/Standard size vehicles should be fine, but you won`t be able to park a mid or full-size truck or SUV in there. If your vehicle does not fit in the space as mentioned above, you MUST park elsewhere outside of the building. There is a paid lot next door and metered street parking in the area. Both can be paid via an app. Street parking is metered, with the meters active Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. These times could change at any time, so please pay attention to signage. We cannot provide any refunds if your vehicle does not fit within the garage space, and there will be no refunds or reimbursement if your vehicle is towed due to violation of these rules. If you are in doubt, it`s best to plan to park elsewhere.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more. We also have a washer and dyer on site for your convenience.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Additionally, smoking on the building grounds is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be asked to leave and charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.

11. The building will not hold your luggage for early or late check outs. Please do not ask.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash needs to be thrown away in the trash chute at the end of the hall.

17. All of our TV`s are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it`s possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.

19. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

20. Unfortunately guest are not allowed on the rooftop deck. Please use courtyard area near the pool for outside space.

21. Any damage to the building, equipment or Common Elements caused by a you or your guest shall be repaired at the expense of you.

22. The HOA strictly prohibits hanging any laundry, towels, bathing suits, etc. from the balcony railings for drying purposes. Please use the dryer in the unit for those needs.

23. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.

Awesome location to all New Orleans has to offer

Great property for 2 couples - plenty of space in the residence and great amenities. Location of the residence makes it easy to get around New Orleans - close to the Superdome - quick walk to the French Quarter. Being on the parade route is pretty cool as well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience New Orleans from a locals perspective.
