Charming Home in Quaint Neighborhood

Built in the 1940s, this unique home boasts some amazingly well kept original features. Keep an eye out for the neat little characteristics! The landscaping in the front yard provides the perfect amount of sun/shade when enjoying our favorite room- the Florida room! Enjoy your morning or evening beverage in this relaxing room equipped with AC/heat/ceiling fan, or open all of the windows for a more natural effect (thunderstorms are incredible this way)! The back yard is completely fenced in to provide privacy and safety for your four-legged friends. Our home is cozy, unique, and a perfect little getaway close to downtown, the beaches, and even Tampa!

Downtown= approx. 5 mins. (straight shot to Tropicana Field and the Edge District!)
Beaches= approx 20 mins.
Tampa= approx 20 mins.

Uber/lyft are very accessible and reasonably priced due to our central and easy location. No need to rent a car! There is also a bus stop at the end of the street.

1. Pets require prior approval and an extra pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Maximum 2 dogs allowed and a higher pet fee required. The following rules also apply to service dogs:
* Pets are not allowed on couches/beds, even if you put a blanket down.
* Please clean up all messes made by pets, inside and out.
* Do not leave pets outside unattended.
*Violation of these rules can incur a fine of $200 or more, depending on if there are damages needing repair or extra cleaning beyond a reasonable amount*

2. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on property unless approved by host.

3. Turn off all lights, thermostat up to 75 when you check out, and lock the doors/windows every time you leave the house.

4. Parties are NOT allowed. If we hear that you are having a party, you will be asked to leave and fined $200.

5. No smoking of any kind indoors. You may do so out back. A tin bucket is provided out back and we kindly ask that you dispose of remnants in black garbage bin in the alley outside the back fence. Smoking indoors will incur a fine of $200.

6. Checkout is at 10am. We understand things happen, so please communicate if you need a late checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, you will be subject to additional charges.

7. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping the volume down outside--if we get a complaint, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

8. Please either take your food with you or dispose in the large black garbage can in the back alley outside the fence when you check out.

9. Please DO NOT unplug the white “base station” next to the microwave. This is the hub that powers our 2 security cameras located outside for the safety of our guests, neighbors, property, and ourselves. Any tampering with the base station, wifi, or either camera(s), unless permitted by host, will incur a fine of $200.
