If you plan to walk from the property into Cruz Bay downtown, please be aware that there are no sidewalks along the route. You will be walking along the side of the road, so we strongly urge all guests to stay alert, walk single file, and be extra cautious of passing traffic — especially at night. It's a beautiful walk, but your safety is our top priority! 🙏
You may occasionally hear Claudio, our neighborhood rooster 🐓 — some guests consider themselves lucky to catch his sunrise serenade.

This was our 6th trip to the islands and we were looking forward to being in a villa that was walkable to Cruz Bay. We are athletic and the hill was a great workout, and we enjoyed that part of walking but not everyone could navigate this. The location is walkable distance wise, but it is on a very busy road without a sidewalk or space to walk that is not on the road. I would say it is a bit dangerous villa to walk and be very cautious if walking. The Market nearby was great and we were thankful it was so close. Unit is very clean but is lacking useful items in the kitchen like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Electricity on the islands is inconsistent, and the unit is not equipped with any flashlights to navigate the power outages. The property manager did have ice and water delivered to us during the power outages and this was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay!

Inaccurate listing. Said fully air conditioned. It wasn't. Owner constantly tried to get my credit card info outside of VRBO platform underthreat of enormous fees if I didn't. 200 for leaving a dirty towel. 500 for not taking garbage bag to the dumpster, etc. Do not rent from this person

Disappointing
Most is newly updated. Comfortable bed. Small living area is nice. Can't drink the tap water. The shower pan/where one stands is all scuffed & beaten up. Walking to restaurants at night can be harrowing down to the main intersection as cars can't always see you. Bring reflective wear. Reserving & check in were the worst parts. We received a fraud alert when we put in our credit card. David, the owner, told us the payment didn't go through. The name of his business is Cash Flow Street, which is suspicious. We talked to our CC company & had to close that CC. We confirmed with owner this was the name of his business. We used a diff CC. Got a fraud alert again. I had to call the CC co. a couple times to ensure the paymt would go through. After that, I asked David a question via the VRBO contact form and called his number listed on the site but he wouldn't respond. Check in: I received an email saying there was an error in sending us the instructions. After sending my email & cell via the app and replying to their email, no response. Turns out Kelli is the manager but her name & no. are nowhere on their VRBO site. She claimed it was her number. It wasn't. It was only David's no. She said I put too many numbers for my cell in the reservations (& giggled saying, then it was my fault) & that's why I didn't get the instructions. They had my email though & I resent my cell as I said above. I was on phone with VRBO for 1.5 hrs trying to get instructions. We will never stay here again.
