Our condo includes free use of our 2024 AWD Toyota RAV4 that seats 5 at no extra cost!

“Palmy Daze” is part of the Pastory Condo Complex in Cruz Bay. Includes community pool, AC both bedrooms, parking, & views from private deck. Includes linens, towels, & beach chairs. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, dishes, microwave, stove, and oven, etc. We also provide snorkel fins, and travel cooler.

Condo overlooks our saltwater pool and beautiful Cruz Bay. You can also see St. Thomas from our spacious deck. Our bedrooms have AC units and the rest of the house has plenty of windows and fans to keep the island breezes flowing. We have a property manager who lives in the next building over to help with any needs during your stay. We have a coin-operated washer and dryer in the complex that is available 24/7.

Our Property Manager will typically be able to pick you up at the ferry with your vehicle. All guests text them with flight plans before their stay to coordinate pick up from the ferry dock.

I am available 24-7 through phone or text. Same with our property manager.

Pastory Condo Complex is 7 minute drive from Cruz Bay. The Caneel Hiking Trail is also accessible from the condos.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The house was perfect for our needs. The location is great being close to Cruz Bay and right off of Centerline Road. It was extremely helpful to have managers pick us up and drop us off at the ferry. He shared great insight into what we should do on the island. Having the car made it stress free and helpful. St Johns is breathtaking. Would come back again in a heart beat!

So convenient!

This was a great and convenient location on St. John. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a great day on the beach. It made everything so simple and fun — the Jeep was a fabulous bonus. Our kids loved the spiral staircase, the deep swimming pool, and the view from the deck. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The highlight of this condo is the view, very beautiful views all around. Dena, the PM, picked us up from the ferry so that was a bonus. She was very communicative and stayed on top of things. She was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we experienced a terrible power outage so we had no power for 90% of our short stay so that was very uncomfortable, but that was not in anyone’s control. The location from the downtown area is close 5-7 min drive, the property is tucked away up in the hill, private and secluded, yet easy to navigate, it’s hilly, but they provide a car so that was super helpful. The condo itself is clean and well kept for the age of the property. The rooms were cool due to the numerous windows and cool breeze in the evenings. The AC would have been more than sufficient. We spent most of our time at the beach so the power loss wasn’t so bad (my son had a harder time ).If we decide to visit St John’s again, we would definitely stay here again. (Hopefully with power!) Dena really kept us posted on everything going on in the island and I was appreciative of her responsiveness and island tips and recommendations. We felt safe and cared for here. It’s a beautiful property that I would recommend to other families, but it will be harder for elderly couples due to all the stairs and even the second bedroom (loft) has circular stairs, so better for teenagers.All in all an excellent time despite the power outage (which means no water and no flush).

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic time at this condo. The communication with the property managers was fantastic! It was very clean and a ton of space. The A/C in the bedroom was a nice touch. The proximity to town is great as well. We would definitely return - getting a car with the rental is an INCREDIBLE perk!

Great family holiday

We had a wonderful time at palmy daze. The beds were new and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was clean and peaceful. Town was a quick trip away and the views from the back deck were beautiful. Coming in to the house’s location, we were a bit skeptical due to an abundance of abandoned cars lining the streets but the house was exactly as pictured and was clean and quiet.

Great spot and lovely condo!

We spent four days in St John and loved this property. Very convenient and great views. We liked staying up in the hills a bit instead of the more crowded Cruz Bay. But just a quick 5 min drive into town. Was huge plus to have a car with the property and Dena was very helpful. Condo easily holds 4 adults and was comfortable.

Nice and clean villa with comprehensive amenities!

My family stayed here for 5 days and it was great! Overall it was very clean and homey, and the host Garet and property manager Dena were super kind and helpful! Free Jeep included in the rent also makes this such a sweet deal, which I don't think you can find anywhere else on St.John. With so many things going on with my life, I really hope I will find another chance to visit this beautiful island and stay at this place again soon!

Great location to everything

This property was very clean. Well stocked for beach activities. Location is a little tricky to find but we made it. The driveway is a little bit of a challenge but we managed without issues. Communication with the host and owner were great!

Great stay

We were a group of 5 adults and 1 6 yo kid. The fact that the property came with a car big enough to hold all of us was a steal. The property itself was in a good location just 5-10 minutes away from Red Hook. Fold out sofa in the living was surprisingly comfortable. All in all we would definitely stay at the property again.

Great stay and great location

We love this property. The AC in the master bedroom is a nice touch but wasn’t needed. Short 7 minute drive to downtown Cruz Bay and the beaches of North Shore. Paddle board and fins that were at the condo are amazing! So much fun for our kids. And all the beach chairs were great. The Jeep wrangler is perfect for the island and saved us a lot of money. Will definitely stay again!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Palmy Daze so much! It was a lovely condo for just the two of us but the loft and couch would have worked out fine if our kids wanted to join us. The view from the deck was glorious and the we miss the warm trade winds blowing through the palm tree right off the deck. The jeep was super convenient plus! The driveway was initially a bit scary but we got used to it after a day. Trevor was very helpful picking us up and dropping us off from the ferry. What a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Nice condo with car

Dena was very kind to pick us at the ferry dock - The car is definitely is huge bonus as it can get difficult to find one on the island - The apartment was clean and well equipped (well except only AC in 1 bedroom) The road is a little noisy.

Great condo and close proximity to area attractions

Our stay started out super convenient as the property manager Trevor picked us up right away at the ferry and took us to our condo earlier than check in time. He gave us a great overview of the island and things we would need. This place came with a jeep which was such an added bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It also had a sun shade which we desperately needed every day at the beach. Had chairs and coolers and floats too. Any questions I had the property managers responded immediately. They also were helpful in helping us plan our return ferry back to st Thomas airport.

A slice of paradise!

We so delighted staying at this property. It was it better than described, and for us, the icing on the cake was the loaner beach chairs, noodles, coolers AND car. We appreciated that the kitchen had a variety of pots, pans, "Tupperware" so we could do food prep at the condo for our afternoons on the beach. We loved evenings at the pool. We left a few canned goods and not-quite-empty bottles of booze behind to help start the next guest on their vaycay. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. I highly recommend!

This rental is awesome, and you can include use of the car for not much extra per day! We were picked up at ferry and dropped back off at the end of our stay, added service we found to be very helpful and it offsets the cost of including the vehicle. Deck space in the evening is heaven, beds very comfy, everything spotless and useful, beach chairs another cost effective (and provides freedom) added touch. There is nothing a would recommend the owner and manager change about this perfect rental offering on St. John. We'd be very likely to return here if we ever come back to the island.

Crowsnest Difficult Access

Friendly property manager and free Jeep. Limited access to non air conditioned upstairs bedroom via narrow spiral staircase. From the 30 degree incline on the driveway to the steep unlighted outdoor stairway, this is an unsafe place. Overall friendly vibe of a 60’s youth hostel with beautiful palm trees and birds singing.

Peggy, Thank you for taking the time to discuss this with me today. You mentioned that you have tried to remove this review but that you were on hold with VRBO for an hour and gave up... As this is THE WORST review ANY of our properties have EVER received, I would like potential guests know how/why you gave this review based on our discussions. You mentioned that you wrote this: 1) "To protect any disabled people from staying here due to all the steps". But fortunately, we do not claim that this property is handicap accessible. In fact, anyone that looks at our pics or reads our description would know that. We have stairs from our driveway up to our unit, down to our pool, and up to our 2nd floor is a spiral staircase. As advertised. 2) "The loft doesn't have AC". That is correct. As mentioned in the description, the loft doesn't have AC. 3) You are a self described "Hippy that has never written a review before". OK. I am glad you now know to be more accurate in your reviews. Especially when dealing with items like this where the product is actually listed accurately. During your 2 day stay with us, our property manager picked you up from the ferry, drove you to our condo, gave you a tour, etc. You never complained. After your 2-day stay, he picked you up from the condo, loaded your bags, drove you to your next destination (a timeshare), unloaded your bags, and helped you get in. You never complained or mentioned ANYTHING. If there was a lightbulb out in our walkway, we would have stopped what we were doing and fixed it immediately. Your poor review is not only unwarranted, it is hurtful to us and our small business. We don't promote our 2 story condo on the 2nd floor of the complex as either handicap accessible OR ADA compliant. We aren't either one of those. Anyone that looks through our pics should note the spiral staircase and steps leading up to our condo. In fact, those are in 25% of our pics. It should also be noted the difficulties we had collecting payment from you. We spent hours going back and forth only to determine that you had given me the wrong zip code associated with your credit card.... As we were just a temporary stay on your trip as you waited for your timeshare to open up, I hope you have a great remainder of your stay on STJ. Nice getaway

We enjoyed our week. The condo was nice and appeared as described. Some of the complex’s furniture around the pool is broken, but the Pastory needs to take care of that. Use of the Jeep was an added benefit. The AC in the main bedroom was great. There is an AC unit in the loft, but it is too hot outside for it to be super effective. If you’re a hot sleeper you’ll need to sleep downstairs. The owner was very informative prior to our arrival and responsive when we had an issue. The property manager was on site regularly and also very helpful.
