Cute and cozy!

My daughter and I were in town to attend an Ohio Wesleyan admitted students event. The property was as advertised and captured the vibe of Delaware. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. Communication with Jennifer was spot on. My daughter felt at home which was important when trying to pick where she will live for the next four years. Highly recommend!

Communication with the management was excellent. They followed up every step of the way. The property was ideally situated, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great experience!

Family trip

This is a very nice two bedroom one bath upstairs apartment in the downtown Delaware neighborhood. Within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and cozy with a full kitchen and large bathroom and bedrooms. It also has a full size washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond to any questions and had good recommendations for places to dine at. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location

This was my second year staying at this home. Jennifer is a perfect hostess and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfy. I'll be back next year.

Beautiful apartment in great location!

My husband and I stayed at here for a quick weekend getaway. We love the energy of downtown Delaware, and this was the perfect spot to enjoy it all. Great location, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment, and incredibly nice and thoughtful host!

Convenience, comfort and communication A+++

From booking to checkout, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the customer service and accommodations of this location. There’s no room for improvement as everything regarding our stay was perfect. Conveniently located to short driving destinations along 23 or a very short stroll to shops and eateries in historic downtown Delaware. I highly recommend!

Barnes Wedding

The property was in the perfect part of Delaware OH for easy access to my nieces wedding. The host was gracious and easy to work with and the property was just as described. We slept well in the comfortable beds and relaxed in the kitchen living room area during the day. It is one block from everything you would need in a small town Main Street.

Amazing Time

We were in Town for a family wedding. This property is location, location, and location. Walking distance to everything that Delaware has to offer. Close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This weekend was the car show event as well. OWU is a short walk to campus. The condo is clean, comfortable, and a home away from home-with all the necessities. Definitely a place to stay for future trips. 10/10 Excellent!!!

Charming, quaint, and CLEAN!

Stayed with my gal pal for a much needed mom getaway and Christmas shopping trip at the nearby outlets. What a perfect little getaway! It was in the heart of an adorable little town and we were able to walk to grab dinner, breakfast, etc. All of the shops and the shop owners were lovely. The property was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We hope to return for our mom getaways and shopping excursions in the future!

Fantastic!

Great location in downtown Delaware! This clean and comfy condo was perfect for our family of 3. It has an inviting atmosphere that will meet family or business traveler needs. The primary is a large bedroom with an extremely comfortable king size bed and the room overlooks the main street in Delaware. The host was wonderful to work with and you could absolutely tell that they want you to enjoy your stay - they provided snacks and coffee. We used to live in Delaware about 25 years ago and we were so impressed with the town, restaurants and especially the great location of the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home

You wouldnt know how beautiful this home is as you are walking up the steps. It only took a matter of minutes to let the owner know i wanted to sell my home and move in there. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. They even have games and books if you are looking for a quiet stay or close family and friend time. Not to mention how close it is to downtown. Many shops and restaurants and the shop owners were very friendly. All in all we had the best time and it was too short.

Gem in Delaware

Jennifer's communication was outstanding. Quick to respond, even after we departed and thought we had left something behind! Terrific welcoming touches not every host offers. Extremely clean with a well appointed kitchen, great shower, and comfortable beds. Living room furniture is great to curl up on and watch a movie. A prime location for walking around downtown Delaware. It's a gem of a place and I highly recommend it!

First time in Delaware

This was our first visit to Delaware; we have friends living there and working at the university. Jennifer’s place was an answer to everything we were looking for and more . It definitely surpassed our expectations. The location was superb; a hop, skip and jump to the lovely downtown. It is scenic, capitalizing on the Norman Rockwell like surroundings..The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, equipped with all modern conveniences, comfortable and tasteful furniture..We look forward to our next visit, hopefully during the warm months, in order to enjoy the lovely patio in the back yard.
