The area is perfect, with so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance and the outlet malls a short drive away! Every year my bestie and I look forward to our mom get away at this wonderful location!!

Great Stay

When we arrived and got into the apartment it was very clean and well kept.The owner of the property made sure that we received all necessary information for check in and made sure to respond quickly with any questions we had, as well as checking in to see if we needed anything. Overall would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Beautiful apartment in great location!

My husband and I stayed at here for a quick weekend getaway. We love the energy of downtown Delaware, and this was the perfect spot to enjoy it all. Great location, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment, and incredibly nice and thoughtful host!

Family trip

This is a very nice two bedroom one bath upstairs apartment in the downtown Delaware neighborhood. Within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and cozy with a full kitchen and large bathroom and bedrooms. It also has a full size washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond to any questions and had good recommendations for places to dine at. Highly recommend staying here.

Cute and cozy!

My daughter and I were in town to attend an Ohio Wesleyan admitted students event. The property was as advertised and captured the vibe of Delaware. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. Communication with Jennifer was spot on. My daughter felt at home which was important when trying to pick where she will live for the next four years. Highly recommend!

From booking to checkout, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the customer service and accommodations of this location. There’s no room for improvement as everything regarding our stay was perfect. Conveniently located to short driving destinations along 23 or a very short stroll to shops and eateries in historic downtown Delaware. I highly recommend!

Charming, quaint, and CLEAN!

Stayed with my gal pal for a much needed mom getaway and Christmas shopping trip at the nearby outlets. What a perfect little getaway! It was in the heart of an adorable little town and we were able to walk to grab dinner, breakfast, etc. All of the shops and the shop owners were lovely. The property was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We hope to return for our mom getaways and shopping excursions in the future!

Perfect for families checking out local colleges, professionals, or for those who might need a Carrie Bradshaw-esque night away for herself or her friends.
