The interior of the house is designed in an open concept. The spacious living room, kitchen and dining room all flow elegantly into one another while also offering plenty of privacy. Here, all brand new chef's kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops have been installed for your cooking pleasure.

A sliding glass door opens to the full-size Pebble Tee gunite pool. The sparkling blue water is surrounded by lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, & even a fire pit and two outdoor patio heaters to stay warm on a cool night. The pool house is fully equipped with anything you could need for an amazing day under the sun.

The rooms are all designed with elegance & comfort in mind. All five bedrooms are set-up with varying sizes of beds depending on who will be snuggled up in them.

The top floor suite contains a flat screen TV, couch, private bathroom, & private kitchen.

The beautiful bathrooms are immaculate & stocked with the highest quality toiletries. The primary bathroom floor has radiant heat offering luxurious comfort when in use.

All bedrooms enjoy full cable tv on Samsung 4K displays and wifi access. Some of the common areas and the pool deck has Sonos controlled speakers for streaming music. The basement has a high-tech home theater setup with surround sound and a 4K smart TV.

Guests will have uninterrupted access to the entire property. Some storage areas that contain the owners belongings have been locked. The guests will be able to enjoy the entire outdoor lot, massive front lawn, backyard pool, & every room in the house from the pool house out back all the way up to the top floor penthouse.

Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them.

Do not leave children unattended in or around the pool area. Use the utmost caution when enjoying the pool area as wet ground may become slippery. No diving in the pool please.

Quiet time in Middletown starts at 10pm and all rubbish must be thrown in the yellow bags provided separate from recycling. Do not place recyclables in a bag.
