Villa Curuba! This beautiful townhouse is located in the quiet and secure residential complex 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas . . . Playa Ballenas.

(Of note, we started our Curuba listing on VRBO / Homeaway in July 2025. As such, we do not have many reviews here yet, but rest assured . . . we have many, many AWESOME reviews and repeat clients on the other listing platforms).

There are two (2) bedrooms and 1.5 baths between two (2) levels totaling over 1000 sqft. The primary bedroom has a queen bed & balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two (2) double beds.

The living area flows to the kitchen and patio nicely. The outdoor shower is a slice of heaven. The garden is wonderful for morning coffee and taking in all the greenery. There is also a nice propane grill to prepare and enjoy some fresh foods!

Residencia Curuba is private & peaceful with nice gardens and a common pool 20 meters from the house. There is parking inside the complex.

The Space
Curuba is a comfortable home. There are AC units in both bedrooms and on the patio. Too much aire? There are ceiling fans throughout and above the patio as well. The kitchen is basic but nicely appointed with nice cooking and serving pieces. There is a propane grill on the lawn to enjoy your freshly caught fish or whatever you desire!
