With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for 10, this beachfront unit is the perfect spot for your Alabama Gulf Coast getaway! The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, flat screen television, double vanity, private washroom, and separate access to your balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ample closet space, and a second flat screen television. The third bedroom, now includes 2 bunk beds- both are twin over a full, is perfect for multiple guests. Across the hall, you'll find a full guest bath with a shower/tub combo, ready to wash away all your stresses. The fully stocked kitchen is all set to cook up some of our famous Gulf seafood. Savor your meals at the dining room table or outside on your furnished balcony. A large sectional sofa and wall-mounted flat screen television makes for a comfy place for an afternoon nap or a fun family game night.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the waves roll in and listening to the sounds of the Gulf coming alive. Pack your cooler, put on a swimsuit and grab a towel- it's beach time! If you forgot the beach chair, don't stress! You'll find a beachside rental company waiting to set up some comfy beach loungers and an umbrella for your convenience. Build a sand castle, go hunt for seashell and take a dive in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico all while soaking up the warm, sunny rays. If you need a break, wash those sandy feet off at one of our outdoor showers and task a dip in our community pool. Fire up one of our poolside grills for an afternoon BBQ before catching the elevator back up to your unit to watch one of our breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony. Throw those wet towels in your washer/dryer next to the kitchen so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip to our unmatched white sand beach.
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. 1 pet is the max per unit and must be included in your reservation at booking. Bringing more than 1 pet-you risk the chance of being evicted and will lose all funds. Cats are not allowed at the Regatta complex. Non refundable pet fee: $200.00
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
