Près de Rosemary Beach. Toutes les chambres vue du Golfe (salon / salle à manger et deux chambres avant de Golfe). Vue sur le lac et le golfe de la chambre principale. Vacation more than trip

This was a great spot for our family. The location is amazing for keeping the beach less busy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Great views from both patios.

Excellent Condo

Everything was just as advertised, clean and kitchen well stocked. Pinnacle Port is a fantastic place for a family beach location and this condo is terrific for a large group. The private parking spot made parking easy and was very nice bonus. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Also, the views from all the rooms were amazing! We highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

We have stayed at PP for 3 years now, and we love it there. I love the safety of knowing you need a pass to enter the property, and everyone has always been so nice. Our condo was nice. The only thing that could make it better is having better air in the unit, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I will say I was very thankful to have box fans in all 3 bedrooms. We ran them while we were in the condo, and it helped greatly. The owner is very friending, and has great communication. I didn’t have a problem at all while we were there. We can’t wait to come back again.

TERRIFIC SPOT

we have stayed here for 3 years now for 6 months at a time. I would highly recommend this property. The amenities are like no others on the beach.The condo is comfortable and well equipped. THE VIEW IS FANTASTIC !!! The owner has treated us well and we treat the condo as our home away from home.

Our favorite place

We have stayed in Rose's Riviera for several years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Very easy to work with! Best views at Pinnacle Port!!!! And we loved all the updates. This is the only condo our kids want to stay in and they are 16 and 21! And love the reserved parking spot!

Accurate description of property

The property and views were amazing! While locating our assigned parking spot was a bit confusing our overall experience was 5 stars. There were several emails and notices on how to contact the owner should we need it. The condo and downstairs foyer were super clean and the condo was updated with modern appliances and amenities. It was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend.

Nicely decorated and up to date but the furniture, rugs and floors were very sandy even upon arrival

The property was nice and had a great view of the ocean from all 3 bedrooms. The only complaint we had from our stay was that the lake behind the resort would flow into the ocean every day when the tide went down and would turn the ocean brown and nasty. Which I know can't be controlled. However, overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

I wish you would have contacted me immediately about the sand. I i spent before each guest and did not see the problem. I have discussed it with my cleaning crew. Great location

We picked this spot for our local Girlfriend trip to the beach. There was six of us. Two to a bedroom. Each room had our own small bathroom. It was absolutely perfect. We were not cramped up, we had plenty of space. The layout was perfect. It was a very easy short walk to our beach chairs. We set up a Walmart delivery for our groceries and they brought our things right to our door. We went during an incredibly hot week. We did close the drapes and do everything we could to keep the heat and humidity from getting in And raising the temperatures. The owners had a box fan set out for each of our rooms if necessary. That made a huge difference and that’s all that we needed to help cool off during the extremely hot temperatures. Everything was clean and neat. The condo had some hidden surprises. They had a big supply of extra paper products for the bathrooms, they had plenty of seasonings for us in a cabinet. This place was extra cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend and I would definitely consider coming back!

Amazing condo right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose’s Riviera. We would give it a solid five star ⭐️ review! My wife, two kids, one grandma, and myself throughly enjoyed every part of our stay. We stayed downstairs, my mom took the upstairs balcony room, and my kids loved the room with two twins that has a great ocean view. The kitchen and laundry room were spacious and modern so that really helped us keep costs down by staying in more and being able to pack light. The view off either side is perfect depending if you want an ocean or lake view. Having plenty of beach towels is really helpful the fast internet was an added bonus for a mid week streaming movie night. Pros: Great views Nice updates to the condo Awesome beach area and the short walk is perfect for kids Large partially covered pool was a great way to break up the beach day We loved paddleboarding in the lake behind the hotel. It was so fun to be able to literally make it all the way back to the ocean on the board. Cons: Only two partial rolls of toilet paper at checkin. No bar soap or shampoo was provided. Not having a storage area for our chairs/canopy/boards was new to us but we made it work using the covered parking spot! Publix on a Saturday night was a nightmare! Lol. (Wait til the next day if possible) Good restaurants… Loved Squidly's Seafood Awesome low country boil that was quick and easy takeout option. Thank you for your detailed review. It sounds like you all had a blast! We do provide soap at the sinks and tub/shower. If you had called I would have gotten more soap to you and would have addressed that with my cleaner. I apologize for this shortfall, Saturdays can be very hectic and hate that was overlooked. We hope you and your family will visit again.

Great time…HOWEVER

Due to the AC issue with the entire complex and the condo being extremely warm on the second floor. We contacted management multiple times requesting a portable air unit for upstairs be provided as many other owners were doing for guests. We didn’t think it was appropriate to be notified at checkin of the broken AC to the complex which took place several days prior to our arrival.

Not our favorite VRBO rental!

We stayed July 2021. This place had multiple issues upon arrival, two of which we didn't bother telling the owner since we decided we will never return. The cleaning crew did a terrible job. The fridge smelled like baby wipes and the freezer had sand all inside. We had to clean this ourselves. The pillow cases in the master bedroom had spots. We put them in the wash and they didn't come out. My husband slept on a towel over the pillow the entire stay! I had brought my own pillow, as well as my son. The pictures online must be old because some of the furniture does not look as new. The bathrooms are very small. Not much space to put your toiletries. If you want a front spot on the beach, you have to claim it by 7:30am or before! This building overall is quite old. For the positive, the kitchen was decent and had everything we needed. The views were nice. The owner was responsive.

Our new favorite condo!

This is our first visit to Rose’s Riviera and it won’t be our last. In the past, we’ve always rented the huge condos in the middle of PCB and from the parking lot to the beach, it always stayed so crowded. This place was the complete opposite. It was so quiet, the beaches were never packed (we went in July), small parking lot (no terrible parking deck), short drive to 30A and short drive to Pier Park. The condo itself was exactly like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, stayed nice and cool, everyone could take a shower at the same time and the views are amazing! Perfection!!! This literally was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We had the best time!

Great beach getaway

Great location out of the hustle of PCB strip and near the shopping and restaurant scene of Rosemary Beach. Easy access to beach with great views of the beach and water out every window. Very clean and well maintained rental with lots of space.

The best condo!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip! With 3 beds and 3 baths and a fantastic beachfront location, we had it made. The PM was also very responsive and made the process so easy! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful views!

The views were magnificent. The condo was very quiet. Peaceful setting. Suggestions to property owner, provide extra toilet paper and dishwashing pods. It’s a high priced rental, so we were surprised and irritated when told that only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom would be supplied.

This lovely condo is owned by Kathy Britton. The condo was once home to her Mother in law, Rose. It's been family owned for years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have many wonderful memories of family vacations in this area. We especially love being directly on the gorgeous white sand beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Very close to the excitement of Pier Park and all the activities of Panama City Beach but in a secluded, gated community perfect for a family vacation. Rose's Riviera is in the wing of the Pinnacle Port tower with the most spectacular views from all rooms. It is also one of the very few units with a reserved, covered parking space - a big plus in the busy summer months! And one of the more unique features is having Lake Powell as part of the property so it works for the fishermen in the family as well as the beach lovers.
