Want to visit upland without breaking the bank? We have exactly what you're looking for. Front Porch gives entrance to a spacious and well lit living room. Two bedrooms, Gallery kitchen, tile shower, AC, Wi-Fi, and two TV’s. washing machine. Large back yard with fruit trees, beautiful patio. All this plus walking distance to down town with restaurants, coffee & shops. Located right next to the pacific walking trail which provides beautiful scenic routes. Metro link station near by close to The Claremont colleges.

Comfy and super convenient

Beds were great and the location was amazing - a pleasant walk to good coffee in upland and a 10 min drive to the Claremont colleges. The backyard is really nice! We didn’t even use it sadly

Cosy 2br home

I was here for 4 nights. The home was very clean with everything you would need available in the kitchen. The bed is super comfortable. I did not need a washing machine or drier so that was not a problem. Something to consider if you needed to stay longer. I did not use the outdoor areas at all. Parking is easy however a little care needed when backing out onto the busy street. The noise from the main road and train was not as bad as I thought it might have been and did not bother me at all.

Location not ideal

While the property was clean and well equipped, it was very loud. I could not sleep given the traffic noise. It was opposite an industrial park, so many cars and trucks all day. earmmormorning.

Home suited our needs. Great backyard, though we didnt really use it. Train tracks were closer than listing led us to believe, and nighttime train honking took a bit of getting used to, but not too big of a deal. Would stay again!

The Comfy Home

The house was very clean, especially for its age and was close to where my son and daughter both live. The couple communications I had with Josie were timely replied to. The house is just a little over a mile from Uptown Upland which is very convenient to various restaurants and bars. My only suggestion is if you have a washer, a dryer would be nice. Not that I needed it, but something I found a little unusual. Great property!

Perfect Getaway in Upland

Great property for a quick getaway in the Upland area. I was there with my teenage daughter for a soccer tournament. It was the perfect location for our needs and was close to several restaurant options. I found the surrounding area and neighborhoods to be quite charming. The home itself had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the Ontario airport was also a big plus for us.

Upland Stay

The house was great and met our needs. Huge back yard for the kids to play in when we were there. The only downside was that there was only room for one car and we had two. The street had s a busy street so really could not park on it. I ended up parking my truck in a business parking lot. The house has everything you need in it.

Very pleasant stay!

We were in town for graduation at the 5Cs, and the Comfy House met our needs perfectly. It’s close and easily accessible, it had ample space for four, and it was nicely decorated and made comfortable by a very responsive host. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Upland Stay

The property was as advertised - nicely decorated - and met all of our needs. Location is convenient to the Claremont Colleges (our destination) and also to shopping/restaurants. There is occasional noise from traffic and a nearby commuter train, but it was not obtrusive. I felt that the property is nicely priced and would stay again and/or recommend to others.

We had a nice stay. My 3 year old loves cars and trains so he was excited to hear the train several times a day. The house is on a busy street so we sat on the porch often to watch different cars go by. He would say that was the highlight of our trip! The house was cozy and had an accurate description of the property and amenities. We reached out to the host when the iron wasn’t working and they replaced it. I was thankful to have a responsive host. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we would consider staying again.

Outstanding!!

Not only were all the normal boxes checked with excellence for our stay- But this owner went above and beyond! We had the opportunity to arrive one day early due to a massive impending snowstorm in our hometown. Josie accommodated with a middle of the night one day early arrival with no charge and pure grace!!! We are forever grateful that she could make this happen so that our trip would not be canceled!

Easy convenient and comfortable house for Claremont Schools parents/families

Comfortable house with nice touches like popcorn machine and great mattresses on beds. Very clean and very conscientious host. About a 10 minute drive to Claremont Colleges.

Exactly what we needed for a two week stay for medical appointments.

The house is adorable and was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Coffee and a Keurig was available so that I had a pod for every single day we were there property manager even left us a bowl full of apples and other nice cities in the kitchen that helped make cooking easier. The backyard was a wonderful place to go out and enjoy the citrus trees and hang out. We would definitely stay again!
