Bed Linens:
Linens and towels are included for your stay; however, the beds are not made by the cleaners. A set of clean linens will be folded and placed in each bedroom for your convenience.

Pet Fee:
If you decide to bring your furry friend along, there is a Pet Fee of $100 per stay for 2 dogs. We have on the premises a dog crate and bed for your animal’s use as well as pet essentials (bowls and bags for cleanup).

No Smoking on Property:
Smoking/vaping/incense are NOT permitted inside the home.

No Parties/Events:
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Paid Parking at the Beach:
From April 1st through September 30th, Oak Island enacts paid parking via the Otto Connect App. Directions are provided at applicable beach locations.
