The entire zone around the building is a free parking zone. As the apartment is situated uphill, going downhill by foot to the center is very easy and comfortable, but returning home, uphill, maybe sometimes it's not the case. You may take advantage of the proximity to the city center by choosing to rent the Bolt electric scooters... check on the Bolt app where are located and enjoy the city in a fun way...

Fully equipped Studio-apartment with kitchenette, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toast/grill, fridge/freezer, A/C, and a flat Android TV. The entire space is 22m2 in size, with a beautiful balcony. The kitchen and bed//living/dining room are connected. There is a separate beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. A double bed is 140x200 cm in size. The entire space is A/C covered with a cooling/heating system, and a ceiling fan, in addition, according to personal preferences.
