Nestled on a scenic bluff encompassing over two acres of picturesque landscape, this newly constructed home invites you to unwind and indulge in the splendor of mountain living. As you approach, you'll be greeted by a gravel loop driveway, ensuring smooth access and departure for your group, while just a single step leads you into the welcoming embrace of the main level.

Step inside to discover the heart of the home, where the great room beckons with its soaring vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, flooded with natural light. Sink into the comfort of plush leather sofas and chairs surrounding the inviting gas log fireplace, where evenings are spent watching the game or enjoying a movie on the impressive 70" smart TV.

The brightly lit kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, thoughtfully stocked and equipped with granite countertops providing ample workspace. Gather around the spacious island on three stylish stools or convene at the dining table, offering seating for eight, perfect for savoring breakfast before embarking on your day's adventures.

The main level boasts two luxurious bedroom suites for your ultimate comfort. The primary king bedroom exudes elegance and relaxation, complete with a private TV and a fabulous ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower and double granite vanity. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private bathroom with similar upscale finishes.

Ascend the stairs to discover two additional charming bedrooms and a shared full bath adorned with tiled shower and granite vanity. Bedroom number three features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom delights with a twin over full bunk bed, accompanied by a twin trundle underneath.

Step outside onto the deck to savor the panoramic mountain views while grilling up a feast on the gas grill, or descend the stairs to luxuriate in the newly installed hot tub. Nearby, the firepit beckons, providing the perfect setting for roasting s'mores under the star-studded night sky, creating cherished memories with loved ones.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, crated dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax. Max of 75lbs each.
- Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc dot com
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
