You can sit on the balcony and hear the bands play, or walk on over to join in on the fun! If you love looking at the beach, but the salt air and sand aren't your thing, hang out on the most comfortable sectional ever, look out one of the many windows or watch TV on the huge flat screen!

No expense was spared in renovating this luxury unit. All the old nasty paneling and popcorn ceilings are gone! There are two brand new sealy posturpedic hybrid beds,- one king and one queen, so the unit can sleep up to a total of 4 adults, and the sheets are included. The fully stocked kitchen features a high-top table for 4, 3 rack dishwasher, ice maker, built in trash storage and a virtually silent garbage disposal. Paid laundry in the building, keyless entry, 2 outdoor pools, picnic tables and grills are the amenities that come with renting this spectacular unit! We provide luxury linens, pillows, blankets/quilts, toiletries, bath towel sets and beach towels.

This home is not recommended for children under age 8 and pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests.

During the busy season, live music from Ocean Annie’s may be audible from inside the unit until 11PM.

From May 1st through September 15, only 1 parking pass is provided, and unfortunately there is not an option for a second pass due to limited space.

Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed per HOA rules.
TVs are smart TVs only. Cable is not included.
Due to close proximity to the beach, you may find trace amounts of sand in the unit. This will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation.

Must be 25 yrs old to book. Proof of identity may be requested after booking confirmation and failure to provide may result in cancellation.
