Cute and surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom apartment, within walking distance to BYU-Idaho. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. Cozy 2br comes with all the basic essentials to help make your stay feel like home.
Overall had a great experience. Was in a great part of the town, lots of things to do and places to eat. Had a fully stocked kitchen which was very convenient.
We loved this apartment. Not too far of a walk from campus, extremely clean, and a very nice place for our family to stay. We would definitely love to come back.
I didnât want to sleep in a tent with my baby for a family reunion in the area. This apartment was a comfortable alternative. The A/C or furnace was noisy, but it becomes white noise when you get used to it.
Newly renovated, nice clean apartment. The beds were so comfortable! We were very impressed. The only down side was we were not aware of road construction close by and it made getting to the apartment difficult at first, but once we figured out the side streets it wasnât a problem! Thank you for the nice stay!
While this place is conveniently located near the university I probably would not stay here again. The mattresses were very soft so if you prefer a firm mattress keep looking. The metal bed does not have enough support under the mattress so in addition to it being too soft, it was sinking in the middle. Everytime we moved the bed frame would squeek so we eventually took the mattress off and put it on the floor.Turns out the bed frame was broken. We had an early start the morning we left so we went to bed early only to be woken up by someone upstairs âjumping on the bedâ as my daughter put it, ahhhh⊠apartment living, donât miss that one bit! My son slept on the futon and was not impressed- super uncomfortable to sleep on and not comfortable to chill on when we did spend a few hours there during our down time. And lastly this place could use a deep cleaning. Between splatters on the bedroom wall that appeared to be dried blood to the dust around the vent in the bathroom I didnât feel very reassured that the apartment was very clean.
Overall, the apartment was fine. The beds are pretty small and very squeaky. The neighbors above us were incredibly loud starting at about 11:30pm. The bathtub appears very dirty. Might just be stuck on there. I did wipe it down and nothing came off. But other than that it was fine and safe. Itâs priced accordingly, so no complaints there.
Thanks!
Overall I rated this property with 5 stars mainly due to the low price, cleanliness, and the 2nd bedroom for our grandchild. However, you should know that you truly get what you pay for. The description was hit & miss (no shampoo or shower soap, the only "cleaning supplies" were dish & laundry soap, the "laundry" requires coins (I would've brought some had I known), the "equipped kitchen" was bare bones, and the "bottom story" is down a half-flight of concrete stairs. There is a hand railing, but access was somewhat difficult for my disabled hubby. The "extra pillows" aren't for use. In-house instructions said they were "for decoration only & to keep them in (provided) baskets". The pillows that were for use were terribly uncomfortable so be sure to bring your own!! The kitchen had some aluminum foil, although no plastic wrap or bags (except trash bags). But, like I said, it was great for the price & suited our basic needs. Walmart isn't far, so we picked up what was lacking. We did appreciate some very nice touches such as the pleasant decor, a very broad collection of kitchen spices, good quality bath towels, handy hooks for hanging jackets, free Wi-fi with Netflix, chocolates, hot chocolate (& coffee), etc. Overall we were happy to have a safe, clean, affordable place to stay with 2 bedrooms - just be sure you anticipate the need to provide some items for yourself.
