This was our first time in Alligator Point and it was amazing! This townhome had everything you could need on vacation and more! It was extremely clean. It was decorated beautifully. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The master shower was amazing! The beach was a very short walk across the road right past the tiki bar which was also very convenient. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location

Love that it is on the bay (beautiful view) and short walk to the Gulf of America. Kitchen was well equipped and the decor was fantastic. The mattresses on all of the beds were comfortable and all of the fans were nice (my 2 grandsons loved having them in their room). Two youngest grandchildren were in heaven in the bunks. Will definitely come back

The Best!

This was the perfect spot for our little family! This was our 10 month old's first beach trip and he loved it! It was so peaceful and chill. The place had everything and more. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing at the Beach

Great property with excellent views. We wanted a weekend to get away from it all, relax and enjoy each other’s company. This property was perfect for that with the exception of 5 60 year old women trying to get stuff in and out. We’re thinking Cabana Guys for loading and unloading. Will stay again.

Serenity and Sunsets!

The home was just perfect for our needs! Super Clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect for bike riding and walks on the beach! The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend this home in paradise!

Truly, the forgotten coast!

If you want to get away from the crowds and see Florida as it used to be, and at its best, I highly recommend staying at Bayfront Townhouse on alligator point. This townhome is right between the bay and the Gulf and it’s just gorgeous. ( Not to mention that the Tiki Hut is right outside at the marina and is open on Thursday through Sunday) It was just my wife and myself staying at the townhome, but there’s room for a really large family or gathering of friends. I recommend it highly.

Fabulous!

We had the most amazing time with family kayaking, skim boarding, playing games, walking to the Tiki Bar and grabbing supplies at the Marina! The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the necessities for our stay. The host was available if needed at extremely pleasant and efficient! We enjoyed the bay side so much but will definitely rebook and visit the beach side next time!

A must stay!!

The best/easiest stay we have ever had! We are a family of 9 and this place had everything we could want or need! Very well stocked and exceptionally clean. The kids enjoyed the kayaks while adults watched from the sand only steps away from the condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Memories Made Here!

This property was absolutely perfect! We were celebrating my daughters graduation from FSU. I had my parents, in their eighties, my brother and sister-in-law, and my son. Check-in was simply opening the key box. There are stairs to the first floor which I was concerned for my parents. What I didn't expect was the elevator! The only unit in the complex to have one. While they did not use it, it was comforting to know it was there if needed. We did not need a single thing coming in to the house. I actually had forgotten coffee creamer and there was some in the refrigerator for the next morning. There were other helpful items stocked in the kitchen as well and there were plenty of utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans to use as well. We served a dinner for 9 the last night easily with plenty of seating all in the same area. The views of the bay are amazing! There is a deck off of the great room and then a more private deck off of the master upstairs, which was a favorite place for my parents. The sounds of the small waves are hypnotic! There is a private beach for short walks that is immediate access from the covered porch on ground floor with grill, tables, and chairs. There is even a TV outside. Lots of stuff we never used like the kayaks and the chance to have a fire on the beach. What I realized was that this was the owners home that we were sharing and not just a well outfitted rental investment. It felt like a home, and wish our stay was a week long

A great vacation opportunity

Great place! Great stay! Beautiful Waterview and lots of dolphin watching. The condo is exactly as it looks in photos
 Beautiful. The host, Katie, was so helpful when we needed some answers. We stayed for the whole month of February and enjoyed every minute. My husband averaged 25 km a day on his bike and hiked around the point several times. All in all would highly recommend.

Great stay!

We loved it here. The house is spacious and very accommodating. Plenty of room with everything we needed. The views are great and the beach is so close. The beach is beautiful and quiet and the tiki bar was fun, too. Loved seeing the boats in the marina. Hope to come back soon!

Great weekend on Alligator Point

We had a great weekend at Alligator Point. This Townhouse was beautiful and well appointed with a perfect location. Contact with host was excellent and very responsive. Definitely would stay again.
