Was a great house! So much room for everyone to have their own space but also be together. Nice private pool. So close to the beach and using the golf cart was perfect, but walking was very close too.

We had no bad days at No Bad Days! The pool and outside space were perfect for us, and the proximity to the beach and other community amenities was a huge plus. We highly recommend renting the golf cart, as it was so easy to load up the littles - and all their things - and get to the beach quickly. (They also LOVED riding in a car with no doors.) We were also regulars at The Carousel, which is easily accessible for that ONE thing we always seemed to forget from the grocery store. We appreciated the two washers, two dryers, and two refrigerators/freezers. Finally, a property that can sleep 22 that actually is equipped for 22!We had one small problem with ants on the pool deck; I messaged the host, and an exterminator was onsite the next day to take care of it.Rest assured (in the very comfortable beds) that this property is well worth the price, and the host is excellent! We will be back!

This house is great, so great that our group has stayed here 3 years in a row now! Clean, plenty of space, has a whole house sound system, pool area is fun, plenty of parking, and the beautiful beach (with sand volleyball courts) is just a short walk away! Host is super friendly and easy to communicate with!

Great place to stay!

I must say this house was stunning! The location was pretty great as well. The house is a short walk to the beach and if you’re not up for the sand, there’s a pool in the backyard. Heather was amazingly responsive! This is definitely a place. I would be willing to stay again.

Houses for sale and definitely needs love and updating. Large couch and living room is broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. All of the beds, especially in the primary rooms had very old mattresses most which caved in the middle. There was no mention of the construction directly beside the house which started every morning at 6:30 AM and continued all day. No sleeping in very noisy pool time if you’re coming to the beach to relax this is not it. Also had many issues with having no electric in any of the bathrooms upstairs it would come and go come and go reset the panel and be out the next day. The newly installed gas grill was very dirty. Upon arrival we had to clean it twice before using. Pool area definitely needs some love and Landscape overall everything just needs updated.

Gorgeous house and great location

The house was a lot bigger than we anticipated. Highly recommend getting the golf cart. Great location, pool was awesome and lots of room around the pool. Each bedroom had a connected bathroom which was so nice. Host was so quick to respond and very kind. Loved this place!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation- we had plenty of room for everyone, loved the pool for the evenings, and the golf cart was a huge benefit! Even without the golf cart, beach access 80 and 81 were reasonably walkable. All the rooms were spacious, and honestly well insulated (we had a 5 month old traveling with us, so this was a great surprise). Thank you, Heather and family for a perfect beach getaway!

Family vacation

We had a great time with our family at this wonderful location. The common space and 6 bedrooms were more than adequate for our group of 5 children and 9 adults. We especially loved having a table large enough for all of us to eat together. There was also plenty of available parking space. The beautiful pool provided fun and relaxing time for the entire family. We would highly recommend this property for a larger family.

Gorgeous home just short walk to the beach

Beautiful new beach house with plenty of bedrooms for a large family. Great room, dining room and kitchen provided plenty of room for entire family of 12 to get together. Then add in your own swimming pool, couldn't be better ! Golf cart very handy to haul people and beach stuff to beach walkway and every day but one space to park there. Very happy with our stay.
