- Second bedroom (Third floor) with ocean views, king bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet.
- Third bedroom (Second floor) with ocean views, two queen beds, a sofa bed and private bathroom.
- Fourth bedroom (Second floor) overlooking the front of the house with a king bed, a queen bed and private bathroom.
- Fifth bedroom (Second floor) with views of the front of the house, 3 double beds and private bathroom.
- Sixth bedroom (Ground floor) with garden view, king bed and private bathroom.

- Office space (Second floor) with two desk places and desk chairs.
