Charming Historic Home with chef's kitchen formal dining, sitting room, & patio
Welcome to our fully updated historic Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home in the heart of Payson, Utah, built-in 1909. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an original chandelier and fantastic woodwork. That will is large enough to fit your entire family.
Wonderful house! Easy check in and out. Updated kitchen. Great dining room table. Only suggested improvements would be more seating options in the living room. Overall we loved it and highly recommend it!
Easy to access parks, downtown, and the wedding venue we were at. Property fit all of us comfortably. The home was clean and well kept. Communication with the host was easy. Would stay here again.
Step back in time in this turn of the century home.A fascinating history written in a welcome book. Also included was local restaurants and places to see. The covered front porch was appreciated and relaxing. The amenities were top-notch. Comfortable sitting and open spaces for people to gather and visit, just a very lovely well appointed home.
This historic home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for us all to gather around the dining room table, the family room with couch and tv, sleep and find our own places to chill. Appreciated the well stocked bathrooms. Could have used a few more coffee cups but I guess we all liked our coffee/tea! We hung out on the lovely porch a good amount of the time. The trickle of the river added a soothing sound. I didn't think we would need the playground out back but we had a couple of little ones visit one day and loved it! It was so hard to leave we asked to stay another day! The host gave us a wonderful price to stay an extra night if we wanted but we ended up making other plans. I would gladly go back!
Great location, nice property, reasonably priced. Beds were a little hard. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit. Had multiple extended family gathered together. This property worked very well for us as a family gathering location.
Our family LOVED staying here so much that we were so sad to leave! This historic home has the best feeling in it from the moment you step through the front door. We were left speachless from the care and clealiness put into preserving the history of this modernized home. I am very, very picky about staying in a clean, maintained home and this gorgeous blue home checked off all the boxes! Kevin the owner was so friendly and so accommodating to our families needs. We will definitely be vacationing here again soon. to fit everyone needs
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful 1908 home. It is well taken care of and very loved. The entire day was peaceful and enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and very attentive. I highly recommend this property.
Lots of space both inside and out. Loved the front porch for visiting. Holds a lot of people but not a lot of bathroom space or mirrors for multiple people to get ready.
A beautiful home. A great place for families to congregate. Plenty of beds, large table for eating and playing games and even a playground for the little ones!
What a beautifully restored home and yard to go with it! Perfectly centered in town near everything we needed. The check in/out was wonderful and easy as we had a large event that morning and needed to head out quickly. The only unexpected thing was the rooms with 3 beds. We thought it would be a bunk and a double, but it was a bunk bed with a twin top bunk, double bottom bunk and then an additional twin trundle you could pull out from under the double. Everything they promised, but just different than we expected. I would LOVE to stay in the house again.
The home was inviting from the welcoming front porch to the very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. We felt very comfortable in this neighborhood and the grounds were so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the River. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family. We will definitely come stay again.
Affordable place and so clean and nice. I loved the history book that told the history of the home. Had plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for an awesome stay. We will be back someday!
we stayed here while volunteering for The Chosen in Goshen, UT - only 30min away, perfect neighborhood setting, creek on property pleasant and front porch to sit (if you have time) we were on set most of the day so our stay was mostly eat, sleep and leave. it was more house than we needed - would be perfect for a larger group too, beds comfy and the whole house well stocked - has everything you need - also, within 1 mile is Walgreens, Subway, McDonalds and a grocery store
