Our property is secured with security cameras along each exterior entrance for the safety of our guests and the property.

As parents ourselves, we don’t recommend children at this property. Nothing is kid proof and there are a lot of breakables. We loves kiddos but this is not the best property for them.

This home is a LICENSED property and registered with the City of Atlanta, so you can book without worrying that your trip might be canceled due to a non-compliant property.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property less basement. The basement is currently locked. We will be adding the new build out to West Atlanta Retreat soon - it's just not ready quite yet. For this reason, please note there is only one entrance and exit to the property at this time.
Other things to note
Hunter Hills is an Intown neighborhood in transition. We love our neighborhood! There are many other AirBnb’s and Short-term rentals' in our neighborhood and on our street! However, If you do not feel comfortable in a transitioning city neighborhood, this many not be the stay for you.

Also, there is only one available entrance and exit on this property. The basement is under renovation so that exit is not able to be used by guests at this time.
