Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath Pool Home located in sunny Sarasota, Florida, just minutes away from the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach. With its prime location and fantastic amenities, our property is the perfect choice for families, couples, and groups of friends looking to soak up the Florida sunshine and enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer.

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area that's perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features all the utensils and appliances you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, while the comfortable living room area provides the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

With 3 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to rest and recharge, and the 2 bathrooms mean you won't have to wait in line for the shower. Plus, our property is fully fenced, so you can enjoy the ultimate in privacy while you're lounging by the pool in the beautiful backyard.

Speaking of the pool, it's the perfect place to cool off on a hot Florida day, and the patio/grill area is the ideal spot for outdoor dining and entertaining. And when you're ready for a little indoor fun, head to the game room, where you'll find a ping pong table and dart board.

If you're traveling with furry friends, you'll be happy to know that our property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged family members along for the ride.

Beautiful home set in a family neighborhood. Everything was as expected, except that the pool was much larger in person and reached 8 feet deep. Great for swimming laps. The location was awesome, allowing easy access to Siesta Key Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time and will visit again.

Cute house had all that we needed!

The house was exactly as shown in photos. It was nice to have the following available to us for the beach - cooler, wagon, sand toys and floaties. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer to use. The drive to the public beach parking areas is not far at all but you do have to drive - it is not walkable. We did run into an issue with the AC not keeping up but as soon as I mentioned that to the property manager they scheduled a service call for the next day. Thankfully fans were available in all rooms and extras were found in closets.

House is true to photos. Clean, well stocked, spacious. Located in older neighborhood but great location to jump to Venice, Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota, Long Boat, St. Armands. Response time from management company wasn’t as timely as I would expect but we did not have any emergency issue just a few minor questions and items. Would definitely stay here again!

House was nice and clean - very spacious…..big closets…enjoyed the pool immensely. Only negative was that there was only one poolside lounge chair (needed at least 3-4 more). Washer and dryer onsite…..did report the dryer was making screeching noises….assuming it is on its last legs..

Great place to stay for family of 4

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is close to beaches, dining, shopping, etc. The host was very quick to respond when I reached out. The home was clean and had essentials such as beach chairs, towels, pots and pans etc. The only negative we can say is that the pool was very buggy. When I reached out to the property owner he was very quick to respond and have it cleaned. However, the next day it had the same issues with bugs floating all around. I think it would benefit by being enclosed with a screen.

Not worth $4,000/week

The house is in a very quiet and convenient location. The layout is nice and there is a ton of space. The finishes in this house are very nice but the house hasn’t been kept up with (a tapestry on the wall had something spilled on it, the decorative pillow on one of the beds had something spilled on it and it discolored, the tracks for the sliding doors are dirty, dusty vents, around the door handles on most of the doors needs scrubbed, etc. The furniture in the living room is comfortable but there are no lamps. We had to bring lamps in from the bedrooms so that we didn’t have to constantly use the bright overhead lights all the time. The beds weren’t overly comfortable and one bedroom had no dresser, only a closet to store clothes. The ping pong table was nice but unfortunately other guests have bent the darts so the dart board wasn’t really useable. The pool is the biggest one of any house we have stayed in but there was algae growing under the lip of the pool. We ran into an issue with the air conditioner and the house was 76 degrees everyday from late morning until sometime during the night. There were fans provided in the house but the only way to make it bearable was to sit directly in front of the fan. We were told there was an issue with the insulation that couldn’t be addressed until the home was vacant. We received a $200 refund for the inconvenience even though we dealt with being uncomfortable for several hours each day.

Nice neighborhood, lots of space

Prior to staying here, communication with the company was great (quick to respond). The house is nicely updated, the inside of the house was very clean. We enjoyed the open concept and furnishings. Our only complaint was about the pool. One of the reasons we stayed away from the beach was because this property had a pool. We were told that someone was going to clean the pool on the third day of our stay. It didn’t happen or if it did, it wasn’t clean. Lots of debris in the water and it was green. Finally someone did come and clean it out on the 4th day of our stay. The pool looked blueish at this point but very murky. I reached out through a message on VRBO and made a phone call. I got no reponse for two days. I tried again on Monday and they finally responded and said they would send someone. The pool still was a weird color and dirty looking. I’ve never rented a place that had a pool that looked like this. Overall, very frustrated that nothing was done to accommodate or compensate for the fact that we could never use the pool even though I communicated and reached out several times during my stay. I won’t stay here again. It’s unfair to pay for an amenity that isn’t able to be used.

Great House in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay, but I think the people who stayed there before us really did a number on the house. The trash cans outside were overflowing there were virtually no toiletries. Many things did not work or work correctly. The house was tidy, but was not overly clean, such as grime in the shower and very dusty vents. The pool gets a lot of leaves but my kids didn’t mind at all. The property manager was responsive, but you can tell this property is managed by a large company with many rentals. House has a ton of potential if maintenance is kept up with. Beach cart and cooler were great to have for our stay. I would recommend the property for the pool and great location.

A very nice property which was in a good location to beaches and restaurants etc the interior very well laid out and pool was a big hit. One suggestion leave for beaches by 9am or face a lot of bridge traffic. The beaches are beautiful

Beautiful home great location!

This has to be one of the nicest homes we have rented. It’s got everything you could need while on vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and the beach. We would stay here again for sure!

A great house that is really well located!

My wife and I rented this house for 1 week with our two teenagers. It was a wonderful vacation. This house is just perfect. The interior is very spacious, clean and modern. The photos from the ad show the house very well. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as the two bathrooms. You will also have all the necessary equipment to go to the beach which is located only 10 minutes from the house. What about the swimming pool which is simply magnificent! Finally, the quality of service received from the owner is exceptional. The owner is very friendly and always available when needed. I recommend this house 110%!! We will definitely be back next year!

As soon as we got there my family started saying things like, “Mom this is the best one yet!” and “Definitely save this home as a favorite. We really enjoyed this home. The home was clean, had a nice layout and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
