Beach N Place est l'endroit idéal pour lancer vos tongs et vous détendre sur la plage de sable de la mer de Cortez à Puerto Penasco, au Mexique, également connue sous le nom de Rocky Point. Cortez 1006 est un condo 2 chambres 2 salles de bain de 1632 pieds carrés situé au 10e étage de la phase II de la communauté de golf de Las Palomas Seaside. Nous avons récemment ajouté une chambre avec lits superposés avec chacun son propre téléviseur mural! Le condo a un patio surdimensionné de 430 pieds carrés avec 40 pieds de façade et une vue imprenable sur la mer de Cortez, donnant sur la zone commune avec une rivière paresseuse, un jacuzzi et une piscine à débordement avec bar dans la piscine. Nouveau barbecue électrique et bar assis sur le patio!

Le condo est décoré avec un mobilier moderne de Z Gallerie. Le salon a un téléviseur LCD 50 'mural et un système de son surround définitif pour les DVD. Les chambres sont dotées de téléviseurs muraux et de réveils avec station d'accueil pour iPod. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour accueillir tout repas que vous choisissez de préparer. Cependant, vous voudrez peut-être essayer le Las Palomas 4 Diamond Restaurant Citron, ou un dîner décontracté près de la piscine / du bar swim-up.
La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de lits superposés construits sur mesure avec suffisamment d'espace pour un adulte pour s'asseoir dans son lit. Chaque couchette a son propre téléviseur LCD!

My husband and I took our two teens and their friends on a Rocky Point vacation. The unit was clean and modern and had a great view of the pool and the beach.We were all happy and comfortable on the stay. Brock was super helpful and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again!

Great place to spend the 4th

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6…including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

I will definitely recommend it.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to use in the kitchen. Thank you to the owner who was very kind to let us use his property last minute. The checking process was a little frustrating. We arrive at 4pm but were not able to get in the room until after 7 pm because it wasn’t « ready ». We had to go back and forth twice from the 10th floor because they kept on giving us the wrong keys. Overall, we did enjoy our stay there. Claudine

My family and I had the best time at this property! The view was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, it was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t even leave the resort because my family and I had the best time at the pool and the beach. Brock was an awesome host and we can’t wait to visit again!

Quick family getaway

Overall the experience was good. Location is perfect, layout of the unit was really nice. We didn’t use it, but the “bonus” room with the bunks would be great for additional children. Electric grill on the patio, though small was an excellent feature that I have not had in other rooms at the resort! Would have liked the couches to be cleaned of sand, and the floors were rather slippery but those were the only concerns with cleanliness. The big downside for us (everyone has their own preference) was the comfort of the bed in the main bedroom. The bed was extra firm and squeaky, just not very comfortable. I also found it odd that the thermostat (digital nest) was locked remotely during our trip. I understand that due to the humidity and high temp during our visit maybe they wanted to limit usage but why give us a day of controlling it then lock it without notice. There is a thermostat in the hall and main bedroom, but even set at the same temp the bedroom stayed hot and humid in comparison to the rest of the unit and other bedroom. Also odd, we found that the attic ceiling hatch in the front bathroom was open upon entering the unit, I was able to use a step ladder to close so not a huge deal just rather odd to find it open.

Great condo! Enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Took our family here, it was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, located near the elevators which is helpful with all the beach items we wanted to take down! Close to everything and the owner was very responsive. Easy check, will most likely be booking again!

Our stay was glorious, Brock answered all our questions very quickly..The patio was amazing nice furniture and views to enjoy..We wish we’d known about the daily activities the resort offered and the beds were extremely firm, otherwise this condo and resort were great!

Great property and convenient location

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)

Poor property manager/owner responsiveness

The property is a bit dated for the cost. We had two days of limited water access in our condo, requiring us to shower off site two days in a row. We were told that the whole city had water problems, but we were able to shower at a nearby property where our friends were staying. Regardless of the cause for the water issues, we paid top dollar for our stay. We asked for a partial refund, and did not request a specific amount but felt that the owner should at least share in the unfortunate water situation. We were told by the property that this would be left up to the discretion of the property owner. We were offered a future discount on a future stay but we don’t if/when we will be back, so asked for a partial refund instead. We have had no response since. Disappointingly poor customer service. We will definitely not use this owner/property manager again.

Gate security

Gate security on the third day was a different guy who gave us a hard time. Trying to get back in gave us a hard time it was hot and he had to call the resort to make sure we were registered and when we gave him our names, he said no we were so I had to give them my ID that we still had to wait. It was hot I was angry and it kind of makes me not wanna go back there anymore but I do have to say the other security guards that were there were very nice. It was just that one on the third day, which was on a Wednesday

I must say the view was amazing from our room but there was minor things were very inconvenient. For example since my family and I are definitely coffee drinkers, when we got there we notice the Keurig did not work so I super bummed about that . After a day or so I washed (different setting on washer we’re not functioning/broken) some dirty clothing but came to find out that the dryer was not working properly in the morning when I went for my clothing it was still wet and at point smelling damp as well so I decided to. washed again thinking maybe i hadn’t used the proper settings and again, clothes stayed wet! Very inconvenient!!!! Then a couple days into our stay an item was taken from the room while being cleaned and when reported to the front desk we were made to feel like it was not a big deal which I found very unprofessional. After we reported that incident, it really seemed like the staff was giving us a hard time about things that were very petty so after that day I could not wait up leave from that place! Staff is not the friendliest or very helpful or accommodating! First and last time I ever stay at that resort but the room itself was not bad at all other than some minor things!

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at several condos in Las Palomas. This one had more then we needed. We cook every time we go and it was so nice to finally find one that had more pans then we needed. If I had to come up with one negative it was we couldn’t find any scissors 🤣 which was not such a bad thing we found some great knifes. Our kids 20 and 10 said this is the best condo we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been going down there. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Family Vacation

We loved the spaciousness of the condo. The kids loved the bunkroom. Having an electric grill on the balcony was a great convenience. Would definitely stay again.
