Amazing!

My family and I got together for my husbands birthday and had an amazing stay at Sonya’s place. She was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house and property are even better than the photos! It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views of the yard are really beautiful! Some of our activities got rained out but the house was such a great spot to hang out we didn’t even mind. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great memories made

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made indelible memories during this time. The house was beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean, welcoming, modern and spacious. Even the outside cat Isaac and barn sheep Marley were extremely welcoming and memorable. Communications with owner Sonya was extremely helpful and prompt. Highly recommended.

Hockey Weekend Away

Had a great weekend stay at Sunset Serenade! Not too far from the city, it was a beautiful country home stay. Plenty of space for 7 of us in the house. Easy communication with the host and a gorgeous orange cat to greet you upon arrival. 10/10 would stay here again!

Simply Beautiful!

We had a family Christmas gathering and this was the perfect place. Beautiful views and lovely home. Everyone had a great time. I would love to stay here again.

Another AWESOME visit

Beautiful countryside and large, inviting home

We came into town for a family wedding and really enjoyed this gorgeous home! It's unexpectedly large, beautifully updated, and had such comfortable furniture - from the awesome power recliners in the great room to the plush mattress in the master bedroom. And what a setting - our young kids (under five years) liked the sheep and really loved Isaac the cat. Thankfully Isaac tolerated a lot of affection from two excited kiddos. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend and love to come back for a return visit sometime.

Sunset Serenade in the Country

Fall stay in the country

We love our stay here. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and admiring the scenery, even got to feed sheep. View from deck is amazing. The house is set up perfect for a big group, there a lot nooks and places to sit and relax. We would definitely go back.

Lovely getaway

The house is huge and perfect for groups. The living spaces are lovely and great for gathering. We loved walking in the back yard in the mornings!

Just what we needed

Had the best time at this home - so much so that we added another day! Absolutely beautiful, serene backyard where the kids hit ball and chased fireflies. So much space inside - the setup is great! Will stay again when visiting next time!

Stunning views!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and so much space to spread out. Everything was very clean and organized. Our dogs loved the property and exploring all of the land. We also loved the sheep, Bob and Marley and the kids had fun feeding them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful Property

This is a beautiful home in the country but not far too far off the beaten path. It is quiet and peaceful with the added benefit of the sheep next door being a "security alarm" as they like to talk to people. They are friendly and it was enjoyable to go to feed them. The other bonus is the farm kitty who greets you at the door and walks the property with you. The home was clean and the property owner was quick in responding to questions. The only major improvements for us would be mattress upgrades and a variety of mattress types/firmness in the smaller rooms.

Super relaxing and comfortable

This home is a wonderful place to stay! The home itself is spacious and welcoming. The views are beautiful. The location is peaceful and relaxing, birds singing, animal life friendly, and just a great experience. We would not hesitate to request to stay again in the future. Owner is extremely generous, accommodating, and professional. We give this home our highest recommendation and rating.

Fresh air and tranquility

As advertised. Only about 30 minutes south of the city and about 5 minutes from local shopping and restaurants but you feel like you're on a 1000 acre pasture in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful colonial surroundings. Sonya thought of everything and makes sure you have everything you need. The house has that and more. We spent most of our time while at the house gathering and playing games in the bonus room. The house is perfect !

Wonderful Property

Great location to get together with family for the holidays! The great room/bar was the perfect area to hang out in! The host was very responsive when we contacted her. Booking again as we all enjoyed our stay here.
