Welcome to The Oriole Suite, a stylish ground-floor condo with a finished basement, designed to provide a comfortable and inviting retreat for your getaway.

The open-concept living and kitchen area on the main level is bright and airy, offering a perfect space for relaxation or entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the living room is a cozy spot to unwind. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, along with the master bedroom, which features a queen bed and a walk-in closet for all your belongings. The in-unit laundry adds an extra layer of convenience. For extra guests, the living area includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements.

Downstairs, the finished basement provides additional living space, ideal for relaxing or spreading out. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, providing a comfortable space for guests. A full bathroom completes this level, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.

Outside, enjoy a peaceful moment on the patio, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Oriole Suite offers a tranquil and convenient escape for your next stay.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

The Oriole Suite has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
