A Family View in Broken Bow is a stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath cabin perfect for up to 14 guests. With breathtaking mountain views and proximity to Hochatown's top attractions, this spacious home offers ample space and modern amenities for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a fun-filled loft/game room with pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard. Unwind on the balcony or explore the surrounding nature for the ultimate family vacation experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, a coffee pot, an air fryer, a full knife set, grilling tools, drinkware, flatware, and dishware. There is plenty of seating available throughout the kitchen, including a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The cabin itself is packed with amenities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The living room features two comfortable leather couches, a cozy chair, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. If you are in the mood for some family fun, you will find an abundance of games in the nearby cabinet.

The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom offer a luxurious retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands, a bench, a closet with hangers, and a big-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower.

Another master bedroom and bathroom can be found downstairs, offering the same level of comfort and luxury. This room includes a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a small sofa, a bench, and a big-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a relaxing soaker tub, a walk-in shower with double shower heads, and a private toilet.

The loft/game room located upstairs is the ultimate entertainment hub, featuring a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. From a pool table, foosball table, a shuffleboard, to a big-screen TV. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, guests can step out onto the balcony from this room and enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings.

The bunk room upstairs is designed to accommodate multiple guests with two triple-stacked twin bunk beds. The room also includes lockers for storage, nightstands for convenience, and a big-screen TV for entertainment purposes. This room is perfect for children or groups of friends looking to share a space.

The full bathroom located upstairs is equipped with double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet added for comfort and convenience. Guests staying in this area of the house will appreciate the spaciousness and modern amenities provided in this bathroom.

The master bedroom and bathroom located upstairs offer a luxurious retreat for guests, featuring a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a bench for seating, a closet with hangers, and a big-screen TV. This room provides a comfortable and stylish space for guests to relax and unwind during their stay.

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 14 guests, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
