We love the Villas! This unit was clean and just what we needed for our family of four! My 4 year old son loved the bunk room with the TVs. View was amazing and access to everything was great! Would stay again!

Perfect little spot

Clean, Very Close walk to the beach about 3-5 minutes, with a tunnel so you don’t have to cross traffic. Beautiful homes surrounding. Villa has great overview of the lake. Would definitely comeback again

Perfect location!

The condo was amazing! It is the perfect size, clean, bright and coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake each morning was the best. Short walk to the beach and a quick drive to get to restaurants in the harbor. Will definitely book again if it's available.

Anniversary Get Away

We chose to go down to Destin for our anniversary this year. The condo was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Location was a key factor when I chose where to stay. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and 10-20 minute drives to other places around Destin.

The listing was a two bedroom, in actuality it was one bedroom with a closet that contained bunk beds. Did not work for two couples that needed two bedrooms. We also didn’t know we were getting one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one small bar of hand soap for a 5 night stay. We had to go through a night of the fire alarm chirping before they came to change the batteries. It needed a ladder so we could not remove the batteries. Probably would not rent through this company again.

Pleasantly surprised

We have stayed in Rosemary Beach for years but switched it up this year. Destin has really changed for the better. We met the owner and she was lovely. The place was clean, location was great - had all of the necessities! Only negative was our upstairs neighbors who were a bit lively. No fault of the ow wr though. Would stay here again!

Lovely property in close proximity to the beach and pool. Short drive to shops and restaurants. The unit itself has one main bedroom with a “closet” that has been made into a small room with bunkbeds. However, the tvs are too close to each other (each bunk has a tv plus one in the master) that if one uses a remote it effects the other tvs as well. While the converted room was a great use of space it was not ideal for our family as it provided no sense of privacy for either one who stayed in each room. The couch in the living room does have a fold out bed which was used as well. The only other issue we had in the unit, which is by no fault of the host, is the washer machine was not working. Family of 5 we build up laundry fast and had been hopeful to do laundry on our stay. They did try to fix it during our stay but unfortunately it was something where a part needed to be ordered. We made do. Also, we discovered next time we need a place with more than one restroom.The location to the beach and pool are great! Walk out and across the parking lot to a tunnel that takes you across the street where it’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. If you decide you want poolside instead, you walk out of the unit and it’s less than a minute down the pathway. The pool was quite peaceful during our time.While we enjoyed our stay, next time we will book something a little bigger for our family. This is a perfect place for a smaller family or couple to me.

Fun in the sun

The property was exactly as described. Location is great. Right across from beach. No awful high rise condo’s and their chairs taking over the beach!!!! Loved the kitchen setup. A few mini issues: the king bed needs an extra blanket, the shower needs a bath mat, the bunk beds are almost impossible to get in and out of. TV in the bedroom, unless you have streaming channels…there is no TV. While the condo is very tastefully decorated, the furniture itself is not comfortable. We loved the location, close to restaurants. Outlet mall at the end of historic 98. If we repeated vacation destinations we’d stay at Destiny Beach Villas again. Thank you.
