Unable to stay

Hello. We were unble to stay at the location due to the owner pulling the property from VRBO. This was a huge inconvenience for us. We will be reaching out to VRBO to make sure we have a full refund.

Nice property, horrible location

The property itself is nice but the neighborhood just isn’t safe at all. You can tell it’s an area that 10 years from now it will be nice but currently I would not recommend it. The house is tucked in the middle of a pretty rough neighborhood. Every Uber driver that dropped us off recommended it’s not safe after dark.

Very Nice and Comfortable

We enjoyed our visit. I do have a few recommendations. The living room could use another piece of furniture. Maybe a couch by the windows or a recliner. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable, but they could use more furniture also. A chest or stand for luggage would be nice. Overall, we had a nice pleasant stay. The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night and there are a lot of people that gather in the streets. I would not recommend this home for women traveling alone. The host Mike was very responsive and helpful.

It had everything we needed. Short walk to TQL, 2 separate bedrooms, washer/dryer, full amenities.

My experience was GREAT!

Mike has a very Beautiful Building . It’s very clean and we didn't need to leave the apartment to buy much . Mike had everything we could possibly need . Everything about our stay here in Cincinnati was such a positive experience. The experience would not have been the same at a hotel or resort. We really enjoyed our stay . Thank you Mike !

A great pick

The apartment was impeccably clean. It had everything we needed, especially appreciated the parking space! The host was timely with communications and was clearly accessible, had anything needed addressing. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and affordable. A great deal. The coffee shop down the street is top notch too.

Good stay

Overall, the experience was very positive. The unit was clean, comfortable, and secure. We had a couple minor issues, but the hosts were easy to reach and they were resolved quickly. The only drawback was that there were folks gathered on the street making noise late into the night each night we were there. Obviously not the fault of the hosts, but probably more suited for a young adult gathering/bachelor party than a family, if that is the norm.

OTR Stay

The condo was nice and clean as shown in the pictures. We got in on a delayed flight at 1am but we were able to get into the property without any issues, the instructions given by Mr. Smith were precise and helpful. The Lyft driver did say that the neighborhood wasn’t that great but honestly we didn’t hear anything or have any problems with any one in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to a Reds game!

In Cincinnati for the Flying Pig half marathon

This is a newly renovated property, and was easy to access. The property manager, Mike, was very prompt in replying to my questions when I was searching for a place to stay. Just a 5 minute drive to the downtown stadiums and riverfront area. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.
