Great place, newly renovated. Fun and changing neighborhood. Kitchen needs additional supplies for longer stays. I would recommend staying here.

Loved my stay. Enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom and in-unit laundry. Nice to have off street parking as well. Would stay again.

Served perfectly for our weekend visit for daughters birthday.Kitchen could use some additional silverware (only 5 forks) and utensils. Not equipped for a small gathering.

Our son goes to northern Kentucky University. He was a 15 min drive from us, we were close to everything! Had a wonderful stay. Marcy helped with great shopping & food recommendations.

Wonderful cozy getaway!

My mom and I loved our stay at the Cozy Condo. It was perfect for our weekend visit to shop for wedding dresses with my daughter who lives in Cincy. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, parking was a breeze, the beds are super-comfortable, and the condo is as pictured. We had a little check-in snafu (entirely my fault!) and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

Very clean, cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Marcy provided a comfortable first floor property which had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. Close to main roads, it was in a good location for the places we visited. The parking area was right behind the building. Marcy was a great communicator and host!

So cozy!

This property was perfect for my parents and I to stay over the holidays. The location is great, parking is easy and everything was so clean and tidy. The house really is very cozy and super comfortable. I would stay here again anytime!

Baseball fans

We came to Cincinnati to see a baseball game and chose this home to stay in. It was really clean and decorated so nice. It was located pretty close to all the sites we were interested in seeing especially the stadium. And Marcy was easy to get in touch with when we had a question. It was a great experience.

Spring Break

Great rental…we loved the place! Location was perfect for exploring the City. A little bit of street traffic noise but not too bad if you’ve stayed or lived in a big city before. The air mattress was a nice feature!

Fantastic Property - incredible manager

The unit is lovely, just as the images showed. The manager, Marcy, did an incredible job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat next time we're in the area.

Centrally located in Cincinnati

We had a great stay at Cozy in the City! We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do, from the museums and zoo for the kiddos to retail stores for the adults. We were also within VERY SHORT walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream shop and a great pizza place down on the corner. 10/10 definitely recommend Cozy in the City!

Holiday Gathering

Our family used the property to gather for the holiday. In addition to seeing Cincinnati, we wanted to be nearby to attend the FC Cincinnati versus Philadelphia Union soccer game at TQL Stadium. The VRBO location was good for sightseeing, game attendance, and being close to restaurants. The owner's communication was excellent, and she was helpful, answering questions and being flexible with our dog being along for the trip.

Super Cute place, convenient to Univ of Cincinnati

Stayed here for a weekend while visiting a University of Cincinnati student. Super convenient to go back-and-forth to UC. The condo was very clean and felt spacious although I also agree with the word cozy. The host had excellent communication and was very helpful for the couple of things that we needed. Would absolutely stay again, except for the one problem we had which was the condo upstairs. Footsteps are extremely loud upstairs, but that wasn’t a huge problem except the people above came back from Cincinnati Oktoberfest and had a party until 3 AM and it felt like we were in a frat house with the amount of noise they were making and how the sound came through the ceiling. Couldn’t sleep until the party ended. Just bad luck of the draw I suppose. If the renters upstairs went to bed at a normal hour the sound from upstairs would not have been as big of an issue.

Perfect place for our stay

This was the perfect place for our visit to Cincinnati. Clean, cute, convenient, and close to many unique restaurants and bars. Marcy is very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay.

Lovely home away from home!

Our host was very prompt at answering our questions! I would love to meet her irl because she’s delightful! The condo is very clean and fully supplied! We had everything we need needed there! The temperature throughout stayed consistent even with bedroom doors closed. All five of us were comfortable. The teen slept on the provided air mattress. It is lovely, clean, close to downtown (10-15 minutes max) and quiet. The neighborhood is nice and you can walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

Walnut Hills Gem

Our family stayed at this gem of a property to do a little sight-seeing in Cincy. It is literally within minutes drive of Eden Park, Riverfront, U of C, and more. Within walking distance of The Fix coffee shop and The Pickled Pig restaurant! The first floor flat is nice in a modern industrial design with high ceilings, modern lighting, cool ductwork, beautiful hardwood floors, and newer appliances. We found the apartment very comfortable and functional in every way - Smart TV’s in every room! We heard the neighbors in the flat above us at times, but not bad. We heard street traffic in the master bedroom, but it did not impact our sleep. Overall, impressive- this was a great home away from home!
