The house is huge! No stairs just one step to the back room so itâs good access for anyone who needs accommodations. There is no âtraditional â driveway so heads up on that if you have a low vehicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to make meals. There was no propane tank on the grill, so youâll have to get one if you want to grill. There is a dock that is amazing and fishing poles on the porch to use. The fish are aggressive and great for fishing. We had a blast. The dock is shared I believe because we did see what Iâm assuming was neighbors fishing off it at night. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Dollar general is really close for any last minute needs. My only complaint would be the floors. They are stained concrete and were kinda dirty. And the living room could use a large area rug. Now that being said i understand why they probably donât and of course why the floors are the stained concrete for easy cleaning so itâs not a deal breaker. We are a family of 5 and all my girls had their own space and there was still a back room with a large bed and bath unused. This house would be great for large families. And a huge plus was it was only 10 mins from base. All in all this was a great week spent with our sailor in a home away from home.
