We are happy to announce as of 11-14-25: North outdoor pool, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and Fitness Center are now open! The parking garage is currently closed, parking is available in front of the Resort, parking is available south parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Limited parking is available in front of the resort.

Family friendly, girls trip, couples retreat, or solo traveler, perfect to stay.

This one bedroom 9th floor Suite has North Ocean views of the beach and city. Located at the Daytona Beach Resort, fully furnished and updated to enjoy and have a comfortable stay.

You will have access to the Condo with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom. Two balconies one in the living room with 3 Bar Stools and table and a stand up balcony in the bedroom
It is updated and Fully Furnished with two queen size beds in the bedroom, dresser, TV and closet.
Large Bathroom with shower and vanity.
Living room with sofa sleeper, TV/dresser.
Kitchen is equipped to cook and make your meals during a comfortable stay.

The Daytona Beach Resort will have on going repairs.

As private owners in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive a check-in message containing all the instructions necessary for your stay. Please note you will have one parking pass, can be found in the condo and must be returned to the condo upon your departure to avoid a service charge for replacement.

If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.

For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.
