Great experience

I grew up staying in the breakers and had a great time going back after all these years. Condo was clean and the perfect place to spend a long weekend.

Nice place for 2 people, great location

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for a golf vacation, this property was very nice. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plenty room for 2 (bathroom very small), I wouldn’t recommend any more than 2 people stay in this size unit.

Winter reprieve

After 3 months of our first winter in Michigan after 17 years we needed the sunshine and warmth. Our trip to Hilton Head was just the ticket. Enjoyable walks on the beach in shorts or a swim suit. All the restaurants and activities within walking distance from our condo. A module for next winters getaways

Mediocre place to stay

Location was prime if you like the tourist stuff. Condo overall was small, not super clean and had issues with the bathtub not draining and the bath sink not draining. Its not horrible but could really use some TLC.

Nice Stay

We had a great trip. The place could use a new paint job but overall comfortable and clean. We screwed up the cable connection and contacted management and they were out right away to resolve it. We were also evacuated due to hurricane Dorian and management was very helpful in communicating the mandatory evacuation and talking through the process of filing the travel insurance. We had great service.

Great stay!!

This condo was great for my husband & me! It was small so I definitely recommend just a couple or a couple and a baby/toddler. It was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The pool/beach were packed everyday but that is to be expected given the holiday week. I have stayed in other condos at the Breakers in the off season and it isn't as crowded. Being across from Coligny is great. We only got in the car 2 days! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

It was good

It was a good trip. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping but also by a public beach access so the beach is busy in that area. The condo is very small which was fine since we didn’t spend a lot of time in there. the check in process was good and the place was clean. My only complaint is that there is no oven in the condo. Under the stovetop there is a dishwasher which was odd. Overall it was a good stay

The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. Other than that, which is a very easy fix, was very satisfactory. The shower leaks by the toilet also. Better get that taken care of fast before major issues arise.

Nice Condo but still disappointed

Walking into the condo I thought it was one of the more attractive condos we’ve stayed in at The Breakers. However after being there for a short while I noticed how dirty the floors were a good inch away from the baseboards 
 I mean REALLY DIRTY! The toilet paper holder is also pulling out of the wall. For the most part we enjoyed the condo. Obviously this unit is owned only for rental purposes and not for the owner to use., otherwise it would be kept better.

Reviewer Comments: my condo was unkept and unsafe, the cable cord was laying on the ground right in the walk away of our door and was a tripping hazard all week (and we have 2 little ones). The whole place dirty and bathroom was disgusting! No blankets or sheets were provided!

don't stay in this unit!! RUN!

the pictures online were nothing like what is reality. It showed twin beds, but had none. at 57 and 75 years old, we slept on the floor. the unit was so dirty when we arrived! we swept up 3 dust pans full of dirt and sand. the tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS!! stained and dirty!! disgusting! most miserable trip we've ever taken!

This condo was very well maintained and outfitted and attractive. Everything worked, clean, comfy bed, even a fast draining tub. Chairs on balcony tall enough to see over rail. Balcony shaded mid-afternoon on. A Keurig coffeemaker would be a plus. HOA needs to replace boards on balcony. Getting second elevator working would be a plus too. Unlocking door by code instead of key would be nice.

Poor look inside

So, I had 4 staying, the double bunk in pictures is not there, the sheets for the other 2 children, also not in room or closet. I'm glad we prepared to have that with us. We had to take vacuum and clean the couch sofa sleeper because of the chips and mess inside when we opened. We cleaned tables, and sink. The property needs new paint and clean the dust on ceiling and fan, also in other places, like vents and bathroom. Definitely needs some TLC. The best part about trip was the location. Just sad we as guest had to prepare things, when this should have been completed for us. I guess I should not be charged for cleaning fee, when well we did the cleaning.
