Important : From June 1st to Friday August 14th, 2026, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, there may be some noise and workers in the area carrying out the improvements.

Please note that all common areas within the condominium, including pools, jacuzzis, hallways, recreational spaces, and other shared facilities, are subject to the building's rules and regulations.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately in all shared areas. Any conduct that violates community regulations, including inappropriate behavior in common spaces, may result in penalties imposed directly by the condominium administration and/or security staff.

Please be aware that the installation, operation, monitoring, and use of surveillance cameras in common areas are managed exclusively by the condominium administration. The host has no control over, access to, or responsibility for the building's security systems, recordings, or monitoring practices.

The host is not responsible for fines, warnings, enforcement actions, or any measures taken by the condominium administration or security personnel regarding violations of community rules or matters related to the use of common areas.
