This Gorgeous first floor walk out Condo has been fully remodeled & full of upgrades! You will open the back sliders and walk out to watch the waves while you enjoy your coffee! Our family room is luxurious with full reclining sofa , large Tv and fireplace! Three pools & hot tubs directly on the beach! We offer concierge!
The space
This unit is just incredible! Light and airy decor , lots of white and neutral colors to keep your visit peaceful and fresh! The primary room features a King size bed with upgraded bedding as well as a sliders that lead to the pool and beach! This room also features a huge upgraded tV for down time ! Connected to a gorgeous bathroom with enormous shower and multiple water options ! Walk out of your room to the white sandy beach!
The next bedroom is a double twin, complete with large screen TV and lots of natural light!
The 3rd bedroom also features beautiful sliders with a view of this beautiful town of Ponce Inlet! The bedding in this room is a bunk bed combo featuring a Full size on the bottom and two twin beds. Also has a large screen TV and upgraded bedding and furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with large Refrigerator and stove to cook for your family after a full day in the ocean, also features a separate drink cooler , microwave and dishwasher. The coffee station is in the butler pantry where we also have a wine bottle chiller and wine rack, this area is stocked with coffee and flavor options!
There is a lovely dining area right off of the kitchen for six , but there are also eight stools and ample space at the huge kitchen island to enjoy !
