House Rules
We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 - Number of guests
Make sure the total number of guests matches your reservation. If you have more guests than you booked, you will not be covered by Airbnb insurance. This is bad for everyone!
#2 - Check Out - Departure is at 11am
Our maid will arrive shortly after 11:00 am to clean the property. We can't stop her, she's a cleaning machine
Please don't forget to leave all rubbish in the bins located in the underground car park upon your departure.
#3 - Please clean the dishes
If you used dishes during your stay, we would appreciate it if you could clean them. This would be of great help to us.
#4 - Lights and Air Conditioning
We really appreciate it if you could turn off all the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment each day and at check-out. At bee my guest we are aware of the environment and our surroundings.
#5 - It is forbidden for all guests:
Use the condominium or any area of the building for any activity prohibited by law, including the consumption of illegal substances. In case of suspicious activity, the corresponding authorities will be called.
Bring pets or animals to the condominium.
Improper use of electrical appliances, candles or other items can cause a fire.
Perform any act that causes harm or damage to the property or other guests.
Subtract any item of property. Any missing item in the condo will be charged to the guest.
***Although, our neighborhood is very safe; please, make sure you always leave the door and windows tightly closed when you leave your condo, light bulbs and air conditioning off.
