Hi there,I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up regarding our recent stay at your property from June 28âJuly 2. While we were excited to gather as a family and had high hopes based on the listing, we unfortunately experienced a number of significant issues that negatively impacted our stay.Some of the most pressing concerns included:The pool was unavailable, despite being prominently featured in the listing. When we asked, we were told it was due to a recent incident, but there was no notice of this before booking or during pre-arrival communication.There was no fire pit, though it was listed as an amenity.The backyard was unusable due to dog waste throughout the yard, which made it unsafe for children to play.There was an open hole with exposed rebar/steel, creating a major safety hazard for both kids and adults.The couch was covered in pet hair, which made it unusable for some of our guestsâone relative with a pet allergy had a reaction due to the unsanitary condition of the furniture.The refrigerator was full of old food, leaving no room for us to store our own groceries for the stay.Multiple ceiling light fixtures were visibly loose and hanging, causing us to worry they might fall, especially over sleeping areas.The bathroom was mid-renovation, which was not disclosed.The trash bins were already half full upon arrival, giving us limited room for our own trash throughout the trip.The thermostat was locked, and we were unable to adjust the
