The total rate includes 20% tax, US $150, – final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US $15 per night, which is more than plenty for your stay, and Wireless Internet.

Supplies of Flip Flop Condo
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, however we do not provide umbrellas.
*Please note No Smoking inside, only outside, And Our Special Monthly Prices do not include the water and electricity fees. These are calculated at the end of your stay, and you are responsible for this payment.
