Centrally located, and a couple blocks off of Pershing, this location makes it convenient to get around the city easily.

LIVING: Feel like you're at home in either living rooms. Cast all of your favorite shows from your phone to the Roku Smart TV's in each unit or login to your preferred streaming app. Work remotely with ease in the dedicated office area in each unit with wifi speeds up to 500mbps. Feel free to use either of the unit washer and dryer as needed.

KITCHEN'S: Both kitchens comes fully equipped with a coffee maker for those early risers. Utensils, bake wear, pots/pans if you are up for cooking a meal. If not, Pershing Plaza is a mile up the street. You can visit our favorite spot to eat - The Office!

PARKING: There is one dedicated parking spot on site in front of the garage. Otherwise, the house is on a corner lot so all street parking is free - pick your favorite spot.
