Sea Pines is the center of visitor activities on Hilton Head Island Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of pedestrian paths, a 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.
Stoney Creek is a secluded community of villas and private homes conveniently located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, iconic Quarterdeck restaurant, shops and live outdoor entertainment.
It is less than a five minute walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and the nationally recognized Sea Pines Racquet Club. It is a ten minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops.
Our villa is pet friendly subject to a pet fee. Rent includes one Sea Pines gate pass for the duration of your vacation and 3 free bikes so you can explore 16 miles of pedestrian paths winding throughout the Plantation.
Stoney Creek is a fifteen minute bike ride to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy great dining, live outdoor entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Parking is limited if you choose to drive or the free Sea Pines Trolley, which stops at Sea Pines Center, can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes. If you prefer a pool, Stoney Creek's unsupervised community pool is only 100 feet from our front door.
Our villa is a tastefully renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit that exudes charm and relaxation. It is pet friendly and can comfortably accommodate six guests. Premium amenities include upgraded furnishings, hardwood floors, exquisite mill work and beach inspired art throughout the villa.
The main floor features a sunken living room with a queen sofa bed, 55" smart TV and sliding glass door leading to a rear deck with a Weber propane gas grill and patio table that seats four. The rear deck is a great escape for morning coffee or quiet reading.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils needed to satisfy our most ambitious guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for six.
The high-end touches extend to our first floor guest bath with its pedestal sink, brush steel fixtures and artwork.
Hardwood stairs lead to two expertly appointed second floor bedrooms separated by a hallway accented with milled wainscoting, crown molding and island inspired artwork. A second HVAC system for the second floor bedrooms was installed in 2023 to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay in our villa.
The master bedroom features a vaulted ceiling and natural light courtesy of a sliding glass door leading to a private patio overlooking a panoramic view of mature pine trees. A king size bed and tropical ceiling fan exude comfort including a 55" smart TV and custom en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, 32" high definition TV and a private balcony with a view of the Stoney Creek community pool. It has an en suite bathroom with granite topped vanity, custom tile and combination tub/shower.
.Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your stay.
