The carriage house is beautiful and cozy. The koi pond and outdoor space was so pretty and relaxing. The property owners are excellent hosts and friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this carriage house again!

Very comfortable and cozy. We came to run the Hattiesburg half marathon and this property is within walking distance to the start line. We also enjoyed downtown restaurants and the Pocket Museum.

This rental has everything! The owners' attention to detail is amazing! Thanks for thinking of the small things like a facial mask (it is a vacation, right) and Q-tips, contact solution, etc. The carriage house had pots, pans, dishes, bath robes, games and a smart tv. Grounds are beautiful, safe and an assigned parking spot so you don't have to park on street. Walkable neighborhood..very close to shops and restaurants.

Very comfortable loft style apartment. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet surrounding of this central location. The hosts were very responsive before and during our trip. We had everything we needed when we arrived and found nothing we needed to request during our stay. Its open concept was roomy and inviting. I would highly recommend this location and hosts.
