The estate is set between the picturesque Maluti Mountains overlooking the quaint and arty village in the distance. Clarens has a way of creeping into your heart and leaving you with lifelong memories and a desire to return for more.

You are spoilt for choice in Clarens with all that the beautiful town has to offer. Activities like Hikes right from within the estate and in all the surrounding areas. Golf in the neighbouring Estate - Clarens Golf Estate. There are so many beautiful and exciting trails and mountain bike routes. Some of which you can start right from within the lovely estate grounds. Explore wildlife within the Estate and close by in the Golden Gate Highlands National Park. Participate in a host of extreme sports where everything is offered. Float away on a spectacular experience in a hot air baloon adventure. Enjoy everything the exciting town has to offer - Delis, Curio shops, Art Galleries, Markets, Clarens Brewery, Top class restaurants, Chocolate Tasting, Festivals and so much more.

The Villa sleeps 8 adults maximum and 4 children under 15 years. Children 15 and older are considered adults. We have 4 very large Bedrooms. The Villa is about 420 Square m. Guests have access to the entire Villa. The Villa is self-catering and fully serviced for the duration of your stay. The rooms are identical in style but are designed individually, and are all very spacious. Each of the 4 rooms contains a Queen bed and a high quality double sleeper couch ideal for children sharing a room with parents. The Villa has underfloor heating in the rooms as well as air-conditioning. All King Beds have electric blankets. There is plenty of cupboard space, as well as a dressing table with a hairdryer, TV and a safe. Each room has a summer place spa bath as well as twin showers and basins. 2 bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to balconies with incredible views over Clarens, 2 lead out to a enclosed luscious green garden area with surrounding mountain views.

The Villa has a fully equipped open-plan entertainers kitchen which includes a gas stove and oven, a luxury coffee machine (coffee beans are supplied), nespresso machine, a double fridge with filtered water and ice, and plenty of cutlery and crockery to suit your needs. Spices, condiments, and detergents are supplied. There are additional bar fridges for drinks available in the bar area.

The Villa has a Scullery area with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There is full DStv with extra view in the covered braai area. There are several areas available to dine, inside and outside on the covered patio. The villa has a cozy indoor fireplace. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the deck which has a pool net for safety.

Secure parking is available in a remote-controlled garage and plenty of driveway parking is available. The Villa is situated in a Security Estate with 24hr protection.
