🔥 Good to Know
● No BBQ grill on-site, but rentals with propane can be arranged through a trusted local vendor. Just ask!
● The home is self-catering: starter supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) provided. Replenish as needed from nearby stores.
● We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.
● Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.
● Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
● Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
● Weekly pool maintenance is conducted by a professional technician.
(Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.)
● Please remove muddy/dirty shoes indoors.
● Guests use the pool at their own risk.
●Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

Video Surveillance: The Property has exterior security cameras as part of a secured resort community and a ring video doorbell placed in the front of the doorbell of home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
