Outstanding location, 2nd off the pristine beaches of Harvey Cedars and cited to provide truly outstanding ocean views from the living area and the 2 large decks. Magnificent 360 views from the roof top deck. Beautifully decorated*** Open and spacious kitchen/dining and living area. Two separate living areas, one on each floor. plus a basement play area and private den off the master bedroom. Multiple decks 2 on the main level, 2 of bedrooms and a roof deck. Large Unique large private recreation area reserved for owners, renters and guests includes volleyball , bocce ball and general play activities. High speed internet. Direct TV and HBO. 8 Beach Badges offered. No use of garage. Grill has permanent gas line. New and upgraded garage access for storage, second washer/dryer. Finished to provide very convenient access to first floor elevator and living areas. Rebate of $300 for multiple weeks rental. Dogs considered on individual basis. .Please refer to property 48340 when inquiring. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
