Inside you will find a beautiful rustic welcoming lake feel. Enjoy the fantastic views from almost any room in the house! The main level has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a drip coffee pot and a dining room with seating. Kick back and relax in the living room or enjoy a game of pool in the bar room! You’ll also find the primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, there’s a loft with an extra living area to relax and watch tv, play games, or take a nap. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen beds and one bathroom. The lower level has a full bathroom and a bunk room with two bunks that are twin over full.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Pets are allowed. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is required. Max of two pets.

Exterior cameras may be in use.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Please leave trash bins on road at all times to ensure trash pick-up is not missed.
