• $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
• Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
• Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
• Please do not use more than 6 bags of trash (anything beyond this will result in a $50 fee)

We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability.

• Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
• Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

★★ TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY ★★

• Dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

★★ ROAD ACCESS ★★

The final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. AWD is strongly recommended year-round and especially during winter months for improved traction and safety.

• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances). Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• Seasonal Fireplace: Fireplace use is not permitted from May 1 – November 1
