Would stay again

This is our 3rd visit to Windsor. The firat at this property. It was as listed, easy check in process. Clean. Quite neighborhood resort. Kids love the waterslides at the resort. Plan to visit Windsor again.Would stay again at this property .

Great Accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here. It is very comfortable and has everything we needed. It is very close to Disney and to a variety of restaurants and stores. Our first and last night it was quite cold as the thermostat was locked by the owners. The other days we were able to set it to 70. Overall we had a good experience and will stay again.

Windsor Hills Resort home

The house was clean with plenty of sleeping options. Location good and felt safe. The resort pool was nice and water temp great. We chose this house because of the private pool at the house. We paid the extra fee for pool heat, but it didn’t heat. The pool water was cold. I reached out to the host and was told the heat would get turned up. Still didn’t heat. Communication was slow during the day (business hours). I also called the property manager and never got a return call. I had to ask for a pool heat refund, it was not offered. I did get the refund. I was told I would be updated with information regarding what the pool maintenance person said, still haven’t heard. It was disappointing that we weren’t able to use the pool at night after getting home from a long day at parks. Love Windsor Hills, will come again but will consider renting through a different managing company next time.

LESS THAN 10mins FROM DISNEY PARKS!

SUPER close to Disney parks, very nice and clean. Loved how every room had its on bathroom! Hot tub was freezing cold and never got warm!!!! Overall I would stay here again and have it flagged for our next visit.

The house was great for my weekend but it was very hard to get in touch with the host of the house email him serve time and never email me back 1 time I had to get in contact with Vrbo to find out my door code and address to the house

Universal Vacation

The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. we enjoyed the pool in the back in the evenings. the kitchen was adequate for our needs. the bathroom in the master bedroom could use an update (especially the sink). this location is a further drive if you are only doing Universal (took us about 45 min to drive to Universal). if doing Disney the location is spot on. we have stayed in windsor hills multiple times and would stay again.

The house had everything we needed. The only negative was there wasn’t any lounge chairs by the pool. I would have loved to be able to lay out by the pool and read a book or just relax while the younger ones went to the theme park.

Beautifull home with dated pool deck and furnitures

Reviewer Comments: The home itself is nice and clean (5 star), but really disappointed by the pool conditions , It's our 3rd time at his home in the past 6 years. The interior has been refreshed since the last time we came, the negative parts is the pool and deck, the pool was dirty on our arrival, which i cleaned myself. There were NO long chairs as shown in pictures,so no way to laydown and get some sun around the pool. only table chairs in not so good conditions, There is a big hole (rip) in the screen lanai about 1 square foot where creatures can get inside. the pool deck was also very dirty, full of debris that hasn't been cleaned for a while. 2 stars for the pool area.Will not come back or recommend until some improvements are done to the pool area and appropriate furnitures is added.The rating

Things may not always be perfect but they are incredibly responsive and accommodating. This was our first time staying in a house. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed just over a week in this home and we were very pleased. My kids loved the basketball game. The only thing I could say I would change is to have the front walkway and driveway blown off at least once during our stay. Other than that, no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was satisfactory. We had several issues arise, namely the power being out in one of the bedrooms resulting in no WIfi for an evening and no power for a couple days. The management company was quick to respond though it was an inconvenience as I couldn't leave my daughter in the room with the short term fix (extention cords). We also struggled to get the hot tub up to temp, though this was likely related to the lack of power on the days repairs were attempted. We have stayed at windsor hills many times and will absolutely be going back, this was just unfortunate series of disruptions to our vacation.

Disney Squad 2023 Vacation

We were overall very satisfied with this rental. It met all our needs and we loved that eveyone had their own space and bathroom. My nephews loved the game room and pool area - at the house and at the resort. Communication was quick and the house was clean. I was told that the thermostat did not go lower than 72 (it was actually 73), but it didn't stay there. I assume that if no one was there, it returned to 78. I understand the cost, etc., but when coming home from a hot day out, the house was warm. I did greatly appreciate the fans that were available in the bedrooms. The pool area at the house could use an update, but still fine for swimming etc. The resort pool and common is very nice and well cared for and it is a gated community. We had a great time in this location.

Great location, lovely house

Reviewer Comments: We loved the house from the first site, as we stayed for 12 nights we noticed that pool site furniture was dated and not able to use lounge chairs due to they where broken. Also it was hot in the house due to temperature is controlled by owners and it set to 78 most of the day and 74 at night. Also bed in first master bedroom was uncomfortable and head board was hitting wall every time you turn or make a small movement. We loved kitchen, we didn’t cook, eating out on vacation and did all Disney dining staff, so we didn’t care that dishwasher didn’t work, but they told us that it was getting fixed as soon as we leave as per our request we didn’t want it fixed as we stayed there. We loved pool, spa, everything worked great!!! Make sure to still order heat for both even in summer months, it’s a must, because no matter how hot it gets in Florida in July spa will never hits up till 104 degrees, lol we enjoyed spa and pool was warm from water spilling over all the time from hot spa. Great house over all❤️ ps: location is great, only 10 min to Epcot and magic kingdom, maybe 12 to Hollywood studios and 5 to animal kingdom, we stayed at Windsor Hills for 10 years and keep coming back❤️

Private pool and spa were amazing (buy the pool heat we figured staying at the beginning of June the water would be warm and we wouldn’t need it. Water wasn’t ice cold but just would have enjoyed the hot tub and pool more with it.)
